They don't honor their own coupons. I went here 7/15/22 @3pm. I had a coupon (I got from this location) 'Buy any large sandwich get 1 free' We tried to order a double quarter pounder. The cashier had to get a code from her manager and when she did he told her that we couldn't get the double quarter pounder. He was rude to her when he said it. Like she was bothering him. He said loud enough for us to hear that we could only get a single patty burger with our coupon. We left and went to another McDonald's and they took the coupon with no issues. The manager put her code in there too. The staff was friendly and the food was great.

Food always fresh nice staff... I eat breakfast and lunch here depends on what time i go on my break from work.

Long wait in the left side of drive thru. Once I got my meal, was worth the wait! Burger was fresh & warm, Coke icy cold & fries were hot & delicious! So good on an almost 100 degree day!

They make the best Caramel Frapps! Has browns and fries been hot when I ordered either of them. Blueberry muffins are off the chain!

We ordered it yesterday and our chicken sandwiches that was supposed to be no pickle, 3 cheeses, and 2 strips yet on 1 had pickle the extra cheese but no extra strip. And the other had the pickle no extra cheese no extra strip. Why?

Fast food industry workers should be paid double what they make now. If so this McDonald's would be fully staffed and the drive-thru wouldn't be an hour long! LOL but seriously they deserve to be paid more for dealing with the public and making our nasty food!

For a working professional like myself who resides on the autism spectrum, this USED to be my go to place. For five years I have been loyally patronizing this location. Being that I harbor utter disdain for coffee, Starbucks did not qualify as a lounging option. This location became the place where I could work on my laptop and enjoy their menu.During my patronage era, I have always treated the staff with utmost respect, I have kept to myself and I have always maintained a pleasant demeanor. Though I'm not a drive-thru person, I even continued to patronize this location during the two-year dining room shutdown. I was pleased to see that the lobby had been once again opened for business.Today, the manager summarily told me to leave because of a thirty-minute dining time limit. Mind you, a no-loitering sign has been hanging there for years, but never had been enforced. For years, many of the elderly patrons as well as people like myself would enjoy the environment, food, and service this facility offered. A true coffee-house vibe in some ways.I was surprised. Asked to leave? I was quietly penning a novel on my laptop, and I was the ONLY patron occupying the dining area. After all the years and money I have spent here, I thought she was joking. She wasn't. There was also no incident to warrant this, no provocation. I was beyond offended. However, I left without incident.I calculated the money I have spent there over the years and it is sad knowing that they will miss out on future revenue being that I refuse to patronize this location ever again. Please note, that for except this incident, the staff has usually been complimentary and professional. I wish no ill will on any of them.

Right by one of my offices, great to grab a coffee in the mornings. It's McDonald's.......rightNice people here, not necessarily all like that.

I hate using the self-serve kiosks for ordering! The fries were only lukewarm and my sandwiches looked like they had been assembled by a blind person. I'm not in that big of a hurry- take your time and do things with a bit more care and precision.

Stay away from the 9 mile and John r location. Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 bigmacs got home no meat, sauce,or lettuce on the top bun on either sandwich. How do you forget the patty on both. That location is horrible.
