So I've never had a 10 out of 10 experience at this McDonald's. When the adults are working my orders are great. But when it's the weekend and more of the younger adults are working, my orders are always messed up. Ordered a double with no pickles and extra onion. I still got pickle. And it's like someone just dumped two handfuls of onions on my burger. I asked for a sprite...got water. Just a bad experience

This location shouldn’t be open at all. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my food on the app and when I go inside to pick up my order, three people that had already been there was waiting on their order for over 15 minutes. But wait there’s more! About four to five people came in because they were given the wrong orders from drive thru. They refused to help people at the counter for several minutes. They are super unprofessional. Some of the employees there will talk to you with attitude. I’ve been there multiple times to get a quick lunch if I didn’t make my own lunch for work, but today was the last straw. By far the worst customer service at McDonalds I’ve sadly witnessed today.

People with earbuds in their ears. Attitudes. Ice cream machine down in the middle of a dinner rush. Standing around on their phones. I decided to give this location one more chance and it has been ruined. I'd rather drive farther for better service.

Was told by manager "you are NOT getting a refund". After paying for an order that had been verified it had been paid with through the app and was shown to the manager. She even threatened to call Warren Police. After she seen I was not moving my vehicle and was going to wait for the police, I was given a refund... Sorry was an ex shift manager, when someone asks for a refund before receiving their order, you give them their money. The order had been paid for through the app!!! So they got paid and we never received our order. Granted it was only a frappé but it being paid for, we should have received it.I NEVER go to this location, but being it was only a drink my kid wanted I decided to just go there instead of 11 mile. I'll NEVER make that mistake again!!!

Been coming to this mcdonald for years since I live in the area.But this place lost this customer.Did curbside pick up, waited 30minutes after checking in. I went inside to check ok status and was told by "manager (guy in brown shirt)" to use the drive thru.Once in drive thru I was instructed since I was curb side. I'll have to wait where I checked in, but I informed the drive thru that I was instructed to use drive thru.Ended up using drive thru to get my food. When I got home, more than half my order wasn't there.Rather than be a Karen and go back to the store to get a refund. This place can keep the last $35 they will ever receive from this customer.

Happy meals mostly is $3.08 and I paid $4.55 at this location. Rude customer service, no one speak except when I was ready to pay. There's no light on the sign, I drove passed it. The owner needs to take a look at what's going on and let's not conclude that it's because it's in Warren.

Don't ever add bacon to a sandwich. You pay for it but they only give you one small piece of bacon, only enough for a bite or two. I'm guessing they ran out of bacon at the make table and were just too lazy to grab more and thought I wouldn't notice. They were also too lazy to unstack the 3 tomatoes, if I didn't look I would have eaten 3 slices in one bite because the employees were so lazy that they couldn't spend less than 5 seconds spreading them. I usually don't complain, but literally every time I go to McDonalds I have something messed up, often just from employee laziness like this time.I just can't get over how lazy you'd have to be to not separate the tomato slices. That's just sad.

This Mcdonalds is truly disappointing. They make cold food, all they do is talk and play around. They never wear gloves and people have to wait 10 minutes to get their order taken because they wanna talk and play around. I feel like they should all be fired the building shut down for a few weeks and bring new people in managers, regular crew members etc…. Because it’s Unacceptable and though i’m only 1 person I feel as though I can speak for multiple others when i say what i said. Good day

You guys aren’t wrong. I used to work at this McDonald’s last year March and the roaches would bite me. Definitely had a infestation they were getting it bombed also. Calling corporate wouldn’t do anything a franchisee has bought this location. It’s a lost cause, I wouldn’t eat here. I get points for my google reviews so I’d thought to come here hopefully they won’t take it down.

Always messaging up on the other. Very rude people if there was a another McDonald's closer to my house I would choose that one to go to instead of this one this one is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and my kids love going to McDonald's we come just about everyday to ever orther day employees are always next to each other by the drive-thru window goofing off or goofing off by the drive-thru where you can look at it and see them employees look like they're high all the time if I can give this a zero star I would every time you go to call up there they don't ever answer their phones or they pick up and hang up on you
