Please tell me why the children working here tried to tell me I was wrong and decided to give me an attitude when I told them I was missing two items in my order. I don't care that I'm missing a fry and drink, I care that they had the audacity to act like toddlers about it when I was polite with them. Serious attitude problem with whoever was on the night shift July 9th.
Went in to pick up an Uber eats. It was busy so I won't knock them down for that. But the floors were so sticky and with my slip-on shoes, every step I took I was in fear of losing my shoe.
i think 1 out of 10 times you get things right, and when you get it right its stale and cant even live up to mcdonalds already poor quality. Tighten up management or get rid of your lazy new workers. And if you serve burgers at least have the buns not be rock hard.
Worse McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered a number 7 with a large blue raspberry iced and a large coke, paid for my food and got to the 2nd window. They gave me a large lemonade freeze. I was told they don't carry blue raspberry and cherry but they didn't tell me that until I had alr paid for my food. I leave and go to eat my food and there's no meat on my cheeseburgers , I take my food back and have them remake it with meat and even then 1 of my burgers didn't have meat. I call and ofc nobody answers the phone atp I would like a refund but ik that's not gonna happen. All these fast food workers want 15-16 an hour but can't even get 2 cheeseburgers right. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be getting corporates number and calling to complain. Don't go here !!!
So I'm very torn. Been going to the location at 14mile and Ryan for couple months now and the food is always fresh and done right. But yesterday we went off our breakfast early and it was jus all bad. The food was Burt, what we asked for was not given to us, the cashier did not know how to use the coupon codes once he finally took our order after sitting in an empty drive thru for 10min. and our drink had a fly in it ?
fries were hard as a rock nuggets were the same as well and burnt but over all it wasn’t bad just needed to be timed on the frier
Wow waited 20 min for a big mac and they couldn't even put the meat on. Worst McDonald's Ever!!!
Sometimes the people who work at this location really are not all there… they don’t listen, half the time you can’t understand a word they say through the intercom and you get a overall sense that they just don’t care as they consistently mess orders up.
There was confusion as to the menu prices. Otherwise the experience was normal. There was no longer wait, and the food was hot and tasty.
I ordered through uber eats and they gave the driver the wrong order, no big deal, that's understandable, stuff happens. The driver went back to get the right order and when she returned my order was still cold, and soggy, as if it wasn't even cooked all the way through yet, and the coffee was half empty with coffee running down the sides because they threw it into the bag. I understand a mistake, but purposely trashing my order and throwing it around when asked to replace and fix your mistake, is completely unacceptable.
