this McDonald's has improved. I gave it a 1star in the past but lately my food has always been hot and fresh, like fries fresh out the fryer. It's been consistently good..
I gave it three stars because I'm actually a fan of McDonald's. However this particular location has very slow service and they still get orders wrong and the quarter pounders and the double cheeseburgers alcohol extremely greasy to wear grease is literally settling in the box and your bag. They are not your traditional McDonald's. Other than the grease and a slow service and the mixed up orders the food is still good and the food is still hot which is a plus.
Been to this location 5 times now and all 5 times they have forgot at least an item or 2. Worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. Employees are clueless to all orders. This location is a joke. Never coming back here and definitely not recommending this location to anyone. Plus ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and only got 1 single cheeseburger my last time. Night crew is an absolute abomination of a crew. Extremely rude and have no idea where they are.
Today I stopped in to pick up a #7, double cheese burger meal. The menu showed the price was $6.19. When the order was rung up I was told there price was like $7.12!!! I told the employee it shows right there the price is $6.19, with tax it should be $6.56!!! She told me the price had gone up and that was the new price. I told her she could not charge more than the price that it showed on the board above her head. She told me that was the price and I didn't have to buy it, and "I could go somewhere else" I ask to speak to the manager, she told me that she was the manager again, and I could always go somewhere else. One thing for sure, I will be going somewhere else from now on. How do they treat there customer is amazing.
I am COMPLETELY upset about my experience with this McDonald's. I ordered my daughter a 6pc nugget happy meal with apple slices on the mobile app. I was given 4pc and no apple slices. When I called, the manager was rude! He informed me the "We been just giving double fries cause we been outta apple slices". I asked why I wasn't informed and he asked me "So you calling to complain or you want a solution". His solution was to come back right away or nothing. Since I am upset, I decided end our call.
Food's usually pretty good, as far as McDonald's can be. The rare occasion that there are issues, they have been resolved quickly. Staff is friendly and quick.
I went inside to pick up a coffee but I was told they are doing DoorDash only and that I could not place an order in the lobby. I was told that I would need to go through the drive-thru. There is a delivery truck blocking the drive-thru. McDonald's opened at 6:00 a.m. and it is now 8:15 a.m. but I cannot place an order.
Worst place ever. Disgusting and rude. They messed up our child's order and when my husband took it back up to get it fixed, this is what they did. When we called management she was extremely rude and hung up on me. So my husband went up wanting a refund and they called the police on my husband. They were reported for tampering with food, which in Michigan is a felony! Still have not heard from corporate.
I came through drive up as usual. The wait was about 6-7 minutes a car. I figured no problem probably short staffed. Got my order way wrong so I had to go inside. There were 11 people working. 7 of them standing around on their phone. I had to pretty much yell to get someone's attention. Gave them my receipt and the wrong bag of food I received. Waited another 10 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and 3 cheeseburgers. Got my new bag, which was wrong again. Had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the right order. All in all was almost a 40 minute ordeal..... I will not be back...
Really friendly. Had to wait in the drive thru for a bit, but it’s 5:40am so understandable. Any delay was made up for by the lady working the headset.
