This is literally the worst McDonalds location ever. I tried both drive through and take out. Employees are very rude and some even aggressive, wait time to get acknowledged and to receive the order is outrageous. I got wrong orders both times, coffee was terrible and tasted different from other locations, breakfast sandwiches were wrapped up and made sloppy. Dining room wasn’t clean when I came in for a take out. Total disaster.
This Mc d's must be under new management since the pandemic. The food is awful. The Bun crumbled while I was eating I just took it off. I got a 4c it had pickles on the side I didn't ask any. They don't even say thank you. Just hand your meal and close the window.
The employees rushed through the ordering process, not allowing us to get our words out before interrupting. When we got to the window to pay and get our food, the blonde girl that took our money was a total space cadet. Part of order was missing, the food was cold, old, and the medium fries had less than the amount of a small. We work hard for our money and wanted to treat ourselves. I never go to McDonald's, and this place has totally turned me off from ever coming here again. What happened to customer service and satisfaction? I'm disappointed.
Worst McDonald's EVER!!! Went there my order was taken very fast which is Great. But picking up my food was another story. Waited at the window for at least 4 minutes just to see my food sitting there, bag open getting cold while the workers were more worried about making drinks than passing my food out. I didn't order a drink. Asked them to remake cuz I saw my food just sitting there getting cold. Waited another 3-4 minutes then went in just to see my food on another counter getting cold again. Which in reality I feel they took my food from drive thru and put it on the counter and made me wait for my food to even get colder. They said they replaced it but I think different.
Wow. Gotta save that extra McBuck somewhere, huh? If I wanted a medium fry, I'd have McOrdered one. On top of that, y'all didn't even salt them and they were cold. They weren't even hot in the bag. Honestly, I just went to this one because my usual (better) one was closed. I mean, the people have gotten nicer since the management changed. However, it's reasons like this why people avoid this one. At least the burgers were warm, I guess. ??♀️
You really need to standardize the amount that goes into the sausage burritos. Some days they're not bad. Days like today, subpar at best. Upon opening to add sauce, there was literally 3 little pieces of egg, 5 little sausages and oozing cheese. So basically I got cheese in a tortilla. If I wanted a grilled cheese, I would have made one myself. Very unsatisfied this morning.Maybe if you paid your people better, they would care enough to do the job correctly.
Mcdoubles were mcflattened. And terribly wrapped. Then I open my nuggets and only get 3. It's getting pretty bad you can't go to any of the McDonald's in Warren and get a correct order. Mabey people will agree with 13-15$/hr at fast food when the orders are actually correct and fast.

I spent my hard earned money on these cardboard strips just so they could skimp me? Disappointed. I would rather drive to JOHN R and 12 mile than spend my money here again despite the additional 5 miles. this restaurant is an embarrassment to the franchise

Ordered 2 McMuffins (2/$5), 2 McGriddles ($2.39 each)and two hash browns (bogo$1). Refused to tell me total until I got to window (screen didn’t show what I ordered either). Then told me almost $19 because I was charged regular price for McMuffins. Fixed yet my total was still $16. Refused to give me receipt. They don’t even put cash intothe register, just have cash tray sitting out on the counter
