Half the food we got was fairly inedible. The egg mcmuffin was hard as a rock. I asked for a receipt and did not get it. The woman at the window claimed they could not find it but assured me "they didn't mess with the order because it was through the app." well the reason I wanted a receipt wasn't to accuse you of wrongdoing it was because I was on a business trip and was going to file it in my reimbursement package. You don't need to get defensive if a customer insists on a receipt.
For convenience only I did the drive thru this morning at 10 am. Eventually they took my order but after being at the WI dow for 4 minutes, I drove off. It's still bad in June! Be careful..they make change out of their pockets. It's scary at this location...be WARNED..They are RUDE as can be.
Fries was fresh and hot young kids at window had great customer service they look so tired though lol but they still provided great service
I am a senior, I don't like only having a computer to order like to give my order to a person, the young lady in front of me was given spicy nuggets by mistake she was treated rudely

The lobby fountain pop area is disgusting. The kiosks do not give you receipts. The employees did not even acknowledge my presence until she tossed my order (which is as wrong and I only ordered one thing) on the counter and ran back in the back. I waited at the counter to ask for the missing condiment that I ordered on the kiosk and although multiple employees turned to look at me from the back they all turned back around and ignored me. Why have the lobby open if you’re going to be rude and not give any type of service at all?
One of the little boys with braces gave me a Oreo McFlurry after I asked for a shamrock McFlurry and even I told him it was wrong he tried to tell me what I ordered and thought of was funny so I just left now coming back
The ice cream machine works here!! They are already doing better than half the McDonald’s in the area. Also no issues when it comes to getting thru the drive thru in a timely manner.
Every time I eat at this one it makes me horribly sick! The workers have terrible attitudes and give you poorly constructed (ingredients sloppily stacked) and horribly burnt food. The sausage egg McMuffins I got today we're all black and the eggs tasted like fish my fiance fully threw his in trash.
If I could rate this no star I definitely would. Absolutely terrible service. There was an extremely overweight lady working nights with the worst attitude. I think somebody must of peed in her cerial this morning. She was very rude.
