Can I just say how much I appreciate that they have their play place opened? Food was fresh. Throughout the years this location has been pretty consistent with their quality and customer service. They have updated their dining area a couple times for the last 20 years, but the play place is the same. But they keep up on the maintenance of it (no tears or broken pieces) so you can trust the safety of your children being in it. ?Kid-friendliness: Play place. Kids meals. Friendly employees. Parking: All around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to door. Tables that wheel chairs can pull up to. But the play place is NOT wheelchair friendly. It is pretty much able child exclusive. A wheelchair can get in there, but a child in a wheel chair would not be able to play in the structure.
At 4pm it took 15 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive-thru, customer ahead of me only had a shake of some sort and waited 5 minutes after getting to the window to get it...my fries were cold and crispy chicken deluxe tasted dry and looked like it was old...beverage was good what was there to mess up...won't return to this location
TERRIBLE!!!! MY FAT SON WAS PUSHED DOWN THE SLIDE BY ANOTHER FAT CHILD AND HE GOT STUCK IN IT. I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR EMS TO ARRIVE AND GET MY SON UNSTUCK!!! THAT WHOLE TIME MY FOOD WAS GETTING COLD!!!! HORRIBLE!!!. 5 stars
Best McDonald's I have been to, food is made fresh, I have been here three times and each time I ask for well done fries and they always make our fries well done! Every other McDonald's never make them well done!
Stop by for lunch, drive thru big mistake, double cheeseburgers were pretty fresh, but the fries ? they should have tossed them, it is true what is said, they give you the old cold fries...
Don’t even think of going to any other McDonald’s location other than this gem right here in the heart of Van Dyke. I’ve literally been to Michelin star restaurants where the service even didn’t come close to the kindness of the staff here. I was in the drive-thru and the employee at the first window complimented my jacket and the employee at the second window said she loved my nails and to have a good day. You just don’t find customer service like this anywhere else folks.
Went in and used the do it yourself order machine, which I don't like from the start. Taking jobs away from people, but any how I made my order and it asked me what would I be sitting at? I put down 114, I finished my order by paying and it told me to sit at table 114 and someone will bring out my order. I sat there a good 15 minutes and finally a girl behind the counter asked me if I ordered a quarter pounder and 20 piece nuggets. I got up and went to the counter and my stuff was in a bag, not on a tray. My fries and nuggets were cold and all I could taste from my burger was ketchup. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

OMG!!! The Felit O Fish was really hot and fresh.... just like the Fries and Double Cheese Burger!!! My coke was cold as H. I ❤ McDonald's.....?❤?
My breakfast biscuit is always hard. :( Wish they were nice and fluffy. Food is okay, service has always been good for me.
