I only go here because my kids like the Crazy Bread. Barely qualifies as pizza, in my opinion. Cheap ingredients equals cheap pizza! I used to work for the company that makes their liquid garlic sauce for the Crazy Bread, so I can't even take the smell of the stuff anymore, and that was 30 years ago!
I called in and ordered, they said the wait time was 15 mins. I was there within 10 mins and had to wait another 30 mins. Many people had come in while I was waiting and had gotten their custom ordered pizzas before me.
I ordered online because I was in a hurry, but when I came to pick up the pizza the location was only open for the drive through. The site didn't notify me that I'd have to wait in line. What's the point of ordering online if I have to wait in line with everyone that's ordering at the drive through. The person working the drive through was also rude and unapologetic of the situation. I will not be ordering from little ceasars again.
They keep the lobby closed so good luck waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes before getting your food. Corporate should be notified of this franchise because every other location close to this one has the lobby open and take out bay running. Terrible service.
I'm hiving 2 stars because I just had terrible service here only due to one girl her name is Sierra I went through the drive through waited my turn just like everyone else I realized I didn't have my credit card with me so I had to pull out to find some cash. I found Cash and went to go inside the lobby but they were closed. now if you have ever been to this location you know the line is long and somewhat of a hassle so i tried to just pay at lobby door because they bring pizzas out anyway it was a simple one pizza order. one hot n ready and she was soooo rude about it that I'm here now. Sierra. Rude and disrespectful. Dillon is the night Manager I appreciate you.
Typically great, especially if you just want Hot N' Ready. They get really busy, however, I haven't had an order wrong from them since I've been ordering from them. However today, one of my Hot N' Readys wasn't cut. It's not really a complaint as I have a pizza cutter at home. I just found it mildly entertaining. ?
We ordered a large pizza and stuffed bread. What we received was hot oily dough. It’s flimsy, doesn’t keep form, and tastes uncooked. Never again!
Drive through only. I placed an order at speaker for 2 ICB and 2 garlic and parm wings after waiting in long line 20 minutes. I got to the window my wings weren't ready so I was asked to wait up front in parking lot. I Glady went up front waiting, waiting, waited...15 more minutes no one came out. I called into the store and said "I'm still waiting in the lot for me order" the lady that answered says " sorry for the wait and quickly hangs up. I was going to request a refund but the guy who brought my order out made up for her rude azz. The 1 star is for him. I'll never go back to this little Ceasars. Horrible Horrible service. Oh and my wings were plan.. but I ate them because I didn't feel like going back...
What should've been a quick and easy process turned out to be an extra long wait because they aren't letting anyone in the lobby and you are forced to wait in the drive through. I was in line for over ten minutes for a pizza that was already confirmed ready for pick up. Won't be coming back until lobby opens
Waited forever for my an extra most best pizza in the drive through. Had to wait in a parking space for it. When I got home I was shocked by the sight of it. Looks like a 4 year old cut it. Half of the pizza was like a thin crust pizza... very uneven dough. Very greasy.
