We love Leo's Coney Island. Staff was super nice and attentive. The food is always great and at a reasonable price. I always enjoy the gyro sandwich or the chicken ceaser wrap. Nice place to bring the family!
Scam. They are on door dash as different companies. Food was suppose to be from somewhere called ranch burger company and it's just a coney island. Ordered breakfast burger which should have had bacon caramelized onions and a fried egg and this is what I got. Flatest burger ive ever seen Currently talking to door dash to try and get them removed as an option so other people don't get ripped off by this scam artist
I'm being VERY generous with the 2 stars. The coney dogs were just okay, but the chili cheese fries were atrocious. I thought that the chili and the cheese may have gone to the bottom of the container, but NO!!!! I've never seen chili cheese fries like this in my life. I definitely wasted my money and should've gone back in and requested a refund. I will not return.
Order from here ALLLLL the time.Every single time my food has been cold, or undercooked! Why order we’ll done fries if they are going to be BARELY even cooked?!Very dissatisfied & I work 60+ hours 2 minutes away, just lost all of our company business!
I had not been to this restaurant in quite a while. It used to be Ram's horn. Then it became the mustard seed and then Ram's horn again if I remember right. This time it is now Leo's and nothing has changed. Service is still great. Place is nice and clean. Lots of variety of food of course and reasonably priced
Where do I start.. maybe with I’m blown away with how awful my boyfriend and my experience was last night. They were busy but we both understand being understaffed. So if it was a wait to make sure our stuff was correct that would’ve been fine. Both of our food was messed up which if it had only been a few things I would’ve held my tongue, but no. I ordered a salad no tomato, they forgot my egg. He ordered a buiscuit sandwich, got it on toast. Ordered a skillet received an omelet, they remade his skillet, forgot his meat, had to wait for that to be cooked and mix it in himself. They seemed annoyed that we were even there. To make matters worse, I am bigger than my boyfriend, the guy(who I believe was manager) serving the food to us assumed the larger portion was for me and literally asked me “all of that is for him??” Like what. And then while we check out, he told my boyfriend, that he took away the 15% gratuity that was supposed to be for our waitress, for making one mistake putting something in the system. The continued mistakes were made by others. We are shocked by the experience we had, we both will not be returning.
they operate virtual restaurants on uber eats with no phone number, claims to be a restaurant called home skillet biscuits, but the address is leos coney island , charging 5 dollas for a can of pop and 18 dollars for biscuits amd gravy with corned beef hash which turned out to be a single biscuit and a few bites of hash and hardly any gravy. but they dont care because your negative rating doesnt affect leos coney island rating because your actually rating their virtual restaurant 'Home Skillet Biscuit'
They have at least a half-dozen virtual restaurants on all the major food delivery sites that all represent upscale food. We ordered from one called Prime Burger Lounge, but it was just this Leo's scamming people. Food looked nothing like what was in the photos. It was basically Leo's garbage food that we could have had delivered for 1/3 of the price. DO NOT ORDER HERE!
I have never felt so scammed. They claim to be Macology on Door Dash with pictures of oven baked Mac and cheese. First, what arrived was total garbage. The pictures speak for themselves then I found they stole the photos and logo from a place in FL. I will be reporting them to door dash.Update: I also found that they have other "business" listed on door dash showing pictures taken from online websites. Be careful of this place pretending to be someone else. Also the scowl emoji response to being called out for your bad practices says a lot about how you run your business. I did reverse image search on pictures from your facebook. most of the pictures are from other business and recipe sites. Maybe if you put as much effort into your own product as your fake online presence people wouldn't feel like they are being scammed and you would have more customers.
Usually pretty consistent with their food for takeout orders. The only issue I have run into here at times is there are occasions where they really skimp on the fries. Otherwise I have little to no complaints. The price is right for the food you are getting. Hell, cheaper than some of these fast food places around here even.
