Horrible. Employees are dumb and do not know how to read. Ordered the nacho supreme, says it comes with chili, cheese, and other toppings. Get home, there's 0 cheese on the nachos. Called up there and some girl has the audacity to tell me it doesn't come with cheese. Cannot stand this place
They place was nice inside, other then ceiling I some areas were very bad with water spots and other areas were like, a good rain they would fall in?My family went there for lunch before getting our nails done.The sandwiches were good,it took 15 minutes to get them tho.The bathroom were very nice and clean. I felled in love with their title on the wall and the sink too.I heard the men's bathroom was nice too.
Wife and I just enjoyed a nice meal of coney dogs and onion rings. Very clean environment and the waitress did an excellent job. This was not our 1st visit nor our last. Thank you, Ross and Cathy
1st time at this location, VERY impressed with Cailley C. in carryout ? Friendly, attentive and efficient. Food was very good as well. Will definitely return! Great job Cailley ??
Awful awful awful! Came here for mother's day dinner with the mom's in the family and not only were we forgot about but we watched our food sit in the window. The bathrooms were completely dark nobody would fix them or even look at them and I had 2 little kids afraid to use the restroom. The girl working carryout had an awful attitude.When we decided we had enough and we're going to leave our server decided to appear and ask us if she brought us our soup. We told her no she came back with water downed looking soup and we told her we were paying for my kids food and leaving. Then as we are waiting to pay for my kids food we heard the cook and server going back and forth about how the food was ready etc..but who wants to eat food that had been sitting up there for at least 20 to 30 min. There were a total of 8 tables with 3 servers working. ... . We also asked to speak to a manager and we were told there was no manager working. With experience working in the food industry I'm a very understanding person but this was completely horrible service. No communication, no checking on if my kids needed anything.Would not recommend dining in to this location. Not one apology or care in the world, that their customers were dissatisfied
This is the best Leo's location in the area. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is always clean.
This place was clean and our waitress was nice. Our food was ok.I didn't finish my breakfast. My hashbrowns were overcooked and my omelette only had cheese in the middle. I've certainly had better.
I order here all the time but today when I ordered Stawberry pancakes...I received only enogh Stawberries for 1 pancake. Stawberries normally come in a styrofoam cup enough for 3 pancakes...today the strawberries were in the small plastic cup used for syrup and ketchup.
I work in the food industry. With that being said I really just want the food warm. This location is close to home so I’ve made many attempts to eat here. 70% of the time my order is actually incorrect, but I eat whatever come in the bag. Today, both orders placed were incorrect and missing items. It taken back for them to fix it for first time ever. (as I said previously, I generally eat it and move on) Once the food was brought back to the restaurant and they “remade” the order. Only to receive the exact same food re-boxed. They gave me back the incorrect order! So it was wrong AND cold. Further note they have a notice taped in their host stand that states all refunds/fixes must be called in AND replaced the same day or they are considered null & void. So unless you’re a fan of having your time and money wasted, just skip this location.
First time here recently with a friend for lunch. The only reason I chose it was the convenient location to our work site. It was pretty standard Coney island quality. Everything was tasty and definitely hit the spot. Our waitress was friendly and quick. We'll probably stop back again soon.
