Good tasted great and the customer service was wonderful. The manager was very kind and helpful even though you could clearly tell she was busy.

We ordered our meals through doordash, upon arrival I immediately seen the order was wrong, incorrect and missing items! We ordered a famous bowl and a popcorn chicken combo that comes with pop, a biscuit and a side, and I paid for 2 extra sides of honey mustard, I chose french fries as my side, they gave me mash potatoes, no biscuit and know dipping sauce at all!! Really, who is packing these orders, are they not able to read what the order is, or they simply do not care. I called the restraunt adjataited and reported this to who I thought was the manager, she said I could come there and it would be corrected, mind you I just paid and tipped to have this delivered, I expressed this, and what I heard was other employees in the background mocking and making comments about my calling. At that point I decided to just report the whole matter to corporate, I asked the manager for her name she would not reveal it to me and hung the phone up on me. I called back, she hung up on me again, I called back and another lady got on the phone (Jackie) explaing that she was the manager not the other woman, she apologized and said she would credit me ona future order, well, thank you Jackie but I will not be coming back! Although Jackie seemed sincere about my experience from getting my order wrong to rude and unprofessional employees, I don't trust that they take care or any pride in preparing and presenting fresh quality food, and seeing from other reviews it looks like they need to do a clean sweep, and hire some quality employees! I've been inside this location before, and unfortunately it is very noticable that most of the employees just don't want to be there, sometimes even seeming like the customer is a bother. This is not a spiteful review this is a very honest review. To the owner, maybe you should take notice of what is going on at your location, you are loosing customers.Sincerely no longer a customer.. PS I'm also reviewing this location on door dash and FB, to possibly prevent potential disappointed customers!

Was craving some chicken today, what better place to go then KFC. Got together with my family to eat inside, waited about 7 mins standing inside to give my order while 5 different employees ignored our existence. Some wernt doing anything but talking to other employees. Then to be told by Jacob, while the manager even ignored us, that we needed to go through the drive through, the inside wasn't open for orders. This made me confused because the seating area looked dirty for it not to be open. We all understood and went through the drive through anyways. Jacqueline my cashier was no where to be found, Jacob took our order and was at the window. He was very kind and filled all my request. They missed my chocolate cake in my order. I went back through the drive through to find Jacob still running it eventhough Jacqueline was supposed to be the cashier. Jacob apologized and gave me the cake. Jacob as far as I could tell was the only one running this location at the time, he went above and beyond his duties and deserves a $5 raise. I hope you consider all of this information for his benefit.

Everytime I come here if it’s even 8 pm they say in drive thru they are closed. I wonder if the manager or owner is aware of this.. you could be making additional money but your employees you have there are saying the location is closed hours before you officially close which is 9:30 during the week.

Very slow service. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. You could see that they were doing one order at a time. They wouldn't take my order until the car in front of me drive away from the window. Either they are short staffed or they are the slowest good servers there are. I am thinking the later, because this place has always been slow before the shortage of workers. I recommend anybody who wants KFC should find another location. They might be better. Good luck to all who decide to try this location.

3 Chicken Littles. ( Bun, Chicken Strip, Mayo, 2 Pickles ) Such A Hard Recipe They Forgot The Pickles. All 3 Sandwhiches. Told Me I Could Drive Back For The 6 Pickles. ? Hilarious.

Waited in a long line. Waited an addition 10-15 minutes at the window. Almost got given a different customers order just to need a refund at the end of it all. All I ordered was 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. They waited until I was waiting at the window for over 10 minutes to tell me they needed to make more Mac n cheese and tried giving me the mashed potatoes that I watched sit on the counter since before I pulled up (so they weren't under a warmer). Glad I wasted over a half hour when all I wanted was to have an easy meal and not cook sides after my long workday.

The food is always good but every time you go there they don't have what you want or they're always out of some type of chicken if you know you're that busy then you should pre-order

The young lady who worked the front counter around noon yesterday is an asset to your company. She deserves a raise! Her positive attitude while being crazy busy was a joy to see! Keep it up girl!

Store is completely unmanageable people are clowning there , I went one day through the drive-through and they said they need to reboot the system . Closed! The next day my family wanted KFC again because we didn’t get it the first time so I went there and they were talking about no boneless wings we only have boned in chicken. Very unprofessional ! I will never go there again and I will for sure post on my social media so it reaches out to my 250 followers. Always running out of stuff ,always saying technical issues, just very poor service if they don’t wanna be there they don’t have to ,they could easily be replaced.
