I Love this location. It's very high quality far as how they run their business and how their food is so damn good.!Subway don't have nothing on Jimmy John's let's speak facts here.!Will be ordering again and again and again.. I recommend????
Very rude staff, the girl who took my order was being very inappropriate and talking about lude activity with her coworkers, saw her use same gloves to make a sandwich as she used to handle change, will not be returning here. This was on last Thursday at lunch time.
Never delivered my order after 2 hours! And refused to answer the phones to answer Amy questions.
Waited over an hour for my food to be delivered ??? and when I called the manager basically said it was coming. Definitely NOT freaky fast
NOT FAST DELIVERY took an hour to get ONE sandwich and I live under 5 minutes from them. Company policy is your order is free if not delivered within 5-10 minutes. I was told by an employee that they do not uphold that policy.
How is this location only open for 5 hours everyday?? Trash.Update: Someone who works here just let someone in but locked the door behind them and are now making sandwiches for themselves. Whyre employees here 3 hours after apparently closing at 4pm?
This location is trash. They open and close whenever they feel like. You have no idea before you start driving if they're going to be there or not. Go somewhere else and save some time.
My delivery was over an hour late, still has not arrived and I tried calling the store and there’s a Verizon message saying that my phone cannot be completed as dialed. Garbage. Will never order from this location again.
Terrible they put no meat on my sandwich just one little slice, no dressing. This was my work lunch. I think I'll just go to subway from now on or check my food before I leave the store. Money wasted and il still hungry.
James the general manager doesn't wash his hands before work, during work, confidentiality tells people he doesn't care because he can't be replaced.
