The Jimmy John's on 13/Hoover is the best one I have been to. The people seem to like their jobs. Something very rare in these times. My experience there has always been very consistent. Friendly employees, fast service and my sandwich is made to perfection every time. I don't experience that kind of consistency anywhere. Great job Guys!!!

Avoid this location. This is the second time I have gotten sub-standard meat that has probably been kept over expiration. In addition, the last sandwich I ordered (in the store mind you) only had half of what I asked for, and was not even cut in half. I even heard the cashier tell the staff to do that cut in half. Unfortunately they did not give me a receipt with my sandwich as well.
This place is terrible. Really bad service and they are very rude. They told me 20 minutes for my food and it’s been over an hour. Called them and they told me my food had been delivered when I clearly had not received my order. They also had to ask me multiple times on the phone what exactly I was ordering and what my address was. Don’t go to this location.
Love this place they have always been friendly and never had a problem with me telling them no mayo and no tomato..The bread has always been great… have ordered over 50 subs from this store alone and have been very pleased with them.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s location!!.. I ordered delivery at 5:45pm.. I called at 7:30pm because I still had not received my order & was told “it will be there shortly”.. Almost 2hrs later?!.. 8:30pm rolls around & my food still had not been delivered.. I called back & spoke to the manager who said “the driver was having a hard time finding the address”.. You have to put your phone number on the order & they didn’t think to call?? Of course not!!.. I was offered cookies for my inconvenience.. I declined & requested a refund.. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location..
Everthing was correct on my receipt all they gotta do is read and follow the receipt and everything would be fine but they cant read and are idiots over there.
