DO NOT order online. They will act like they never received your order then will keep your money and force you to deal with corporate office for two weeks to get a refund. We placed an order for a party it was not cheap their system allegedly ”crashed”. The manager was an 18-year-old who didn’t even know what Credit card terminal was. Where is the adult running this establishment?
I ordered a large veggie pizza. When I brought the pizza home, and my folks started eating, after awhile, I realized they put some sort of grounded white like cheese all around the pizza. Something I did NOT ask for!!I couldn’t go back the same day, I called today and complained, but the employee told me she will not replace the pizza free of cost.Very rude and unreasonable customer service. Especially when I’m their regular customer.
Order Lunch not being from Warren but work in Warren, call for directions several times they guide me directly to the front door.
I'm not a big fan of pizza, but once in a while I like to get a few slices. I'm not sure what do they do at Jet's Pizza, but I couldn't stop eating it. Even my stomach was physically full, my eyes were still loading it piece after piece. I would definitely recommend to try at least one slice and you will keep going there for more.
Jets is the place I love the bbq chicken pizza and their salads
We ordered through Uber Eats. We got Jet's Bread & a 8 Corner Pizza. Both items were perfectly cooked, with crisp edges and good quality ingredients. Will be ordering again in the future.

I order almost every Sunday for my staff lunch for the last 2 years never had a problem but today the driver took it to the nearby church and left it on a table in the church. The church people called me and informed about it. I had to send someone to pick it up from there. When I called back to complain about it, the store general manager answered the call. She was very rude and arguing with me. Never apologized or offered me any substitute as a courtesy rather her response was "What do you want me to do about it, you got your pizza anyways" When I asked for her manager her response was I am the owner of this place. Which is not true he is only the general manager and this is a cooperate store. When I told her that you lost a customer her response was "that's fine"
Remodeled recently. Online order from them almost once a month. Always ready early, always accurate. But why do they always cut the pizza like they want you to have uneven slices?
Great, tasty, crunchy, delicious pizza. Can't go wrong with this pizza. Great service!!
