Pretty disappointed in my order. All I wanted was a good Greek salad instead of pizza. I ordered a large thinking "hey it should have a decent amount of toppings on there" jokes on me!! All I got was a bowl full of wilted iceberg lettuce with 2 slices of beets, 5 grape tomatoes and 3 peppers. Worst part is I paid extra for grilled chicken and got about 7 cubed pieces of chicken. C'mon guys can we do better please. I know pizza is your Forte but let's not forget about the other items on your menu!!P.S. for all this lettuce you gave me one small cup of dressing is not enough.
I ordered directly through Jet's pizza. They decided that they were going to use door dash to deliver my order. It never came. The reason I ordered through the store is to deal with the store, not through a delivery app. I've had nothing but problems with door dash. Jet's didn't include my address when passing the information along to door dash. Unacceptable.
We ordered a large pizza like we have many times before from thec13Hayes location. The last two times the pizza seemed completely out of whack! So much sauce, onions and green peppers were chopped waaaaay tooooo large and were hard on the pizza. I dont ever leave reviews but this time I was really turned off by the pizza. We through the leftovers away!
Ordered one, large, hand tossed pizza, at 11am on a thursday, delivery, received pizza at 1240, pizza took over hour & a half, doordash was picking up & delivering, jets pizza tells me at noon it was already picked up by the driver, I called the driver & they weren't even there yet, jets employee lied to me. Use to order from here often, not anymore.
I was craving pizza & I decided on Jet’s. I ordered the large super special. The pizza had very little sauce on it and what was there was very thin and runny. What happened to the good, thick sauce that I looked forward to? Needless to say I was disappointed today.
Pizza quality has been declining for years but when they discontinued the BLT it was a wrap for Jets. There’s better options in the area. Jets went too corporate and lost its roots.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! Really don’t know what has happened to this jets!!!! Pizza soggy asked for well done, brownie was burnt! Last time we order they brought the wrong stuff. Who ever the owner is you need to over see what is happening to your restaurant I will drive an extra minutes now to go to a different jets.
Went to pick up pizza and it was not ready yet. No complaints, I could wait. Jets was nice enough to give a free brownie dessert and bring it to the car when ready. Thanks Jets!
I usually order from this jets all the time but my order on Sunday was horrible!!! I spent 102 plus tip on pizza and bread because we had company. The pizza was of horrible quality- it was soggy like a microwave pizza and the bread was hard like it wasn’t cooked all the way or stale. Very disappointing seeing as this is the location we order from whenever we get pizza and we have never had issues. We couldn’t even eat it or save for leftovers- it went to the dog
Gross. Gave this location another chance after the last terrible pizzas, but unfortunately it’s still gross. Just received our delivery (45 mins late). Pizza looked & tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. Must have sat in the delivery driver’s car for an hour or two at least.
