Just ordered and it was the best tasting small pizza and salad! Wish we ordered a large! Thanks gor caring about my order.
Food not as hot n fresh as it should be... Not sure why, been there 2× and same thing... Luke warm ( and I arrived 10 minutes early, order was ready... But temp not good)
It was fresh and hot but the cheese bread had too much butter garlic salt on it and also around the rim of the pizza
I don't know what's worse the Indian call center that I absolutely want nothing to do with or the ridiculous staff that sells you Howie bread and forgets to put the sauce in the box and then when you go back in to get the sauce they tell you they "don't have anymore" except they did when they sold it to you after you waited a half an hour to get a refund. Just the call center alone is the whole reason I never ordered from hungry Howie's anymore, I literally will avoid hungry Howie's unless I have the time to go to the location and order at the counter. I don't want to call an Indian base call center to have them try to upsell me the whole time I'm trying to place an order, it's absolutely ridiculous hungry Howie's thanks it's about what they want and not what the customer wants. Me reaching out and calling your number is not going to fix the situation I would rather just not visit hungry Howie's any longer.
Never have I ever had a pizza and the crust was tough, as in snatching it loose and it being chewy...I pass on Hungry Howie ANYTHING!!!!!!!. Calling them now
On 6/22 I ordered a large square with double cheese, pepperoni and butter cheese crust. IT WAS BURNED. I complained and received a message to call so they would make it right. I called 6/ 23 and was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. NOTHING happened. I called again on 6/ 25 and filed another complaint. Was told to allow 48 hours. Still nothing. This franchise is worthless!!
Idk what happened to this place but I was put on the phone with someone who knew nothing about ordering or anything about the items I was ordering when I got done with questions I was told they would not be able to deliver that far. Mind you my address is exactly 1.5 miles away in Warren I could run to this store on foot in 10 minutes or less after he transferred me to the store I was hung up on. The reason for delivery is my girlfriends is watching the kids and delivery is easy I’m now extremely disappointed in this location. Second time this week I was also told they wouldn’t be able to make it to my work at 12 and Groesbeck 4 miles from this location. This is crazy I always ate from this location never again
Good food. Ready before stated time. Hot sandwich and cold salad
Transfered me between 4 different call locations just to add cheese on my sub, only to be told they don't accept cash atm right at the end of the call. Very disappointed
My order sat outside no one knocked on my door at all and a slice of pizza was gone smh
