I’ve eaten here twice. The wait was so short I thought I placed the order over the phone. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is so sweet and inviting…My first time ordering I had the steak and shrimp combo it was yummy ???….The second time I ordered fried rice, the owner asked if I wanted veggies, I said no, she said “girl you want these veggies or not?” ??? Needless to say it was the best fried rice with veggies I’ve had…I promise you will not regret supporting Hibachi Go…
Customer service was good the young lady greeted me soon as I walked in, ordered waited ten mins! That was cool only for me to NOT look at my food til I arrived to my destination and to realize they charged me for fried rice but gave me white rice?? and kinda bland! Should've ask for extra garlic butter
I decided to support this place & was very disappointed..Waited for food almost 2 hours & it was so nasty & rice was dry with no flavor at all..Then they was arguing in the back like they didn’t have a lobby full of ppl then they was loosening ppl orders..It was just a bad experience for me for the 1st time so I won’t b back but others may have a different experience
It’s a no for me the veggies were real mushy, tons of rice, no flavor unless you get the butter and yum sauce on the side and put it on. The shrimp had more of a boiled texture rather than grilled and I had a some wilted onions. Customer service was ok
Clean interior, welcoming staff. I ordered the shrimp and veggie rice in a lunch portion and it's more than enough.My order was ready in 15 min. Overall pleasant experience.Looking forward to my next visit.
Soooo today I wanted to support a black owned business so I’ll start from the beginningService was good they was very nice but the food wasent all that I had shrimp & steak dinner with the rice & it was horrible ….poor quality of steakRice was mushy the shrimp wasent seasoned goodMushrooms is can mushrooms??♀️ Nothing like yoshi hibachi or even close Benihana‘s hibachi my order was 50$ total it wasent was not worth the money …For Desert I ordered sweet potato pie & the sweet potato pie was the best potato pie I probably had in my life I will say that …
I’m so bummed after trying this for the first time. The 5 star reviews has to be related to the owner.Staff were VERY friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is very clean.The only problem we had was the food and prices!!The quality of the meats are terrible. Like they got their meat from Dollar Tree. The rice was hard and the noodles were mushy. The meal was overall bland.I could not stomach the steak, because it had a weird funky taste. Box is pretty much filled with rice.Everything taste like it was cooked in old cheap butter. NOT worth the price, for the QUALITY.I hope things improve ASAP.
Wow where do I start. I order lamb chops with Shrimp fried rice. This food was extremely great. I will definitely be back. Also I have a few family members who will be there to try the food this week. I also ran into an class mate from high school. After reading the other reviews I see that Betty is the owner. Nice!!! Thanks for the good food, some of the best I have since I have been back home from the Army. Thank you again.
I tried this place for the first time today. I had the chicken & shrimp and it was great! It only took them 15 minutes to prepare. Everything was cooked to perfection. I hope they’ll eventually add more choices to their menu!
Staff was very nice but the food had little flavor and was entirely too expensive for what I got. I will never go back they were even out of egg rolls.
