So I order breakfast w an iced cappuccino, probably a staple in the Dunkin' donuts world and I'm handed an ice coffee which is an understandable mistake. Anyway I go back in and see 2 gents in line, 1 for an order which he waited to long so he left which is whatever. The other for a 5$ bill bec he got a hand full of quarters at the window as change worth 5$Mod makes contact , I say this is not an iced cappuccino this is a iced coffee which is about a $2 difference in price. The MOD promptly takes my drink and begins to remake a different one. ......I was asked if I wanted it blended....?........Takes about 2 minutes blended it not very well as seen by the picture but I'm excited for my drink. On the 2nd attempt this is not an iced cappuccino ....and it was made by your MOD. The girl working the counter was a sweetheart and it's forgivable to make a simple switch but when the MOD corrects the order and hands you something completely opposite of the original order.... That borderlines business interests..... And by business interests I mean as a person who's addicted to coffee I don't think I'll be going back to this location and unfortunately my only other Dunkin' donuts is 6 miles away so it's more of a luxury trip than it is in necessity. This throws the training issue into question as well. If MOD lacks knowledge on the product how can it be trained correctly for consistency?I hate to ask this but please fix your store it is a disservice to the community to to have an MOD who does not know your flagship drink or how to make it correctly.I got home and opened my avocado toast and it's bread .......with avocado spread on it it's not toasted .... i cant retoast it....so I don't understand the rush considering nobody was in the store. Also I'm out 2$ for no reason bec I held my tongue.
I love the onion and chive stuffed bagels, hash browns, and the tomato pesto cheese sandwich. Very tasty! But this location does lack on some things. First, the place looks dead every time I pass by and once I went to the drive through and no one talked even though there were people there. I left out of there disappointed. Another huge problem I had with this place is that every time I make an ubereat order, I always get a missing item or incorrect item. This happened twice! And they don’t pick up the phone either. Once I ordered the egg white with veggies with some other stuff and didn’t even get the egg white. Recently ordered chive onion stuffed bagel, hash browns, and some other stuff, they didn’t even give me the hash browns, and instead of the chive onion bagel, they gave me the regular cream cheese which I don’t like. I’m never going to get food there again. Horrible service. They need a new management because it’s so unprofessional.
Staff is generally friendly, with a few exceptions. Drinks are generally good, but once you get to the food it all falls apart. My food order is almost always missing something, or just plain incorrect. When I go back in to ask just for the correct item, or the item I was missing, I'm always told I'll have to purchase it again. The other Dunkin Donuts in my area are great, this one just seems to be lacking.
Every time I come here, the staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful, greag service. Very timely. Whenever I get a food item (sandwich), its always fresh & hot right out of the oven!
Just gagged on one of their donuts. They're never ready to serve a simple cup of coffee either.
Today was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts. The lady charged me a whole dollar to add almond milk, when it’s .50. & charged me $5 for a small drink??? When the medium drinks are $4.50??????? The math isn’t mathing at all. This place will jip you. Save your time and money and go to a different location.
Definitely try the new shamrock macchiato hot or iced
Just left there both bagels were hard as a rock, bacon not fully cooked, hash browns were soggy and mini pancakes were like hockey pucks. Definitely not happy with the food.
Just a coffee pick up. Very good service, very clean store.
If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I come here I say “give them another chance” and I regret it everytime. My drink is always half full and the donuts are not that good. For half the price tim hortons is down the street and my food is always hot and fresh and they never fill my drink half full! Don’t waste your money here.
