They have no idea what they are doing. I was picking up an order for someone else , which was a hot drink. The girl working tried to give me a cold drink in a hot cup. I had her remake it because I didn't want to be held responsible for her mistakes. New one barely even felt much better
I’ve been to this location a handful of times. Not once has my order been correct. And I drink black coffee and get one breakfast item. Don’t get it.
I absolutely love the mangonaedaIt's kinda overpriced hereThey're always out of at least one thing you want and it's always the same rude little worker by herself, with a full attitude and typically on the phone in an earpiece in an unslick way ?
This is my go to Dunkin' Donuts the Ladies here are Awesome ?. Special shout out Bre.. she's always nice every time I go there and she makes my coffee ☕ right. I appreciate it cause I've had problems at other DD.
Had to tell the employee our order at least 5 times, made the chai latte wrong and the other 2 drinks were bad, bagel was inedible - hard as a rock. The employee was nice but terrible experience. We went to the Tim Hortons’s down the street.
Usually the order is correct & coffees taste great depending on which server is attending. One just doesnt care, drinks are leaking, too much sugar, wrong donuts Incorrect labels!!!. Now the other server is perfect. All coffee choices & food is perfect.
Nice young lady took my order and gave me part of my order. I had to go back to get my coffee and that was a wasted trip. My coffee had so many coffee grounds in it. I thought that they sold me a bag of coffee. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Buyer beware of your coffee.
How can Dunkin donuts not have a selection of donuts? We went in on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30 and there was only four or five different selections of donuts they only had one person working and the poor guy was going back and forth between the drive-thru and the walk-ins. He was friendly and did an amazing job but management needs to have people in there if they want to survive
Coffee is good! I dont know if I'd feed the food to my dog. I've taken the chance multiple.times here and from sandwiches to bagels ...everything is rock hard, over or under toasted. Bagels are never toasted, rock hard and typically you get cream cheese with a side of bagel (it's a mess) get a coffee and your breakfast elsewhere you are welcome in advance!
Went into Baskin Robbins,not the Dunkin part,and the ladies there were wonderful, helpful and very friendly, especially for showing up later at night too, definitely worth checking out!
