The last two times I've attempted to order food from this location, I wasn't able to. Used to be nice to have somewhere to get a late night dinner after working. Unfortunately, if you arrive after 11:00 PM, you'll be told that you cannot order unless you order online or place a doordash order. So frustrating to not be able to get my favorite late at night.
Food is good and my order was correct. 5 stars for the quality of the food, however the wait was pretty long.
Customer service is good. They are always understaffed yet they are still very nice. I ordered a del cheese burger, 2 fish tacos, a chicken del carbon taco and an asada del carbon taco. They were all horrible. Took a bite from each and threw them all away. Look at the pics. Even the wrap used was different than usual. Im def not coming back here.
I don't normally leave reviews, but this Del Taco has been knocking it out of the park for years for me. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I am a Taco Bell convert because of this location. I had tried Del Taco multiple times before, but this location is the one that won me over.The staff throughout the years has always been kind and courteous, the food is always made quick and fresh, and if something is missing, they have no issue making it up and then some (Just ask nicely! We're all human)I am sitting here eating one of the best quesadillas I have gotten from Del Taco, so good it inspired me to write this review! Skip the insane line across the street, come over here and give the Del a try, you might be surprised.
Make sure you get the right food. The last 2 times Ive been here I got completely a different order then what I originally asked.
We would typically go here on the blue moon, and during the pandemic this place was great!Now?...., we waited in the drive thru 30-40 min for our order and most of that was after paying for it!The window girl must have been on her first day, she was slow as hell and didn't know anything. She gave us the wrong drink and asked if we wanted sauce and still got none.I asked her if our order was gonna come today? And she just agreed that they were going fast.... I've watched honey run faster.I also watched 3 cars leave the order line while I was at the window.If this is the service we get for $14/hr..... I'll keep eating at home.
I don't know why we go here. The brunette girl at the window seems more interested in high pitched screeching about our dogs than ever getting our orders right.Today they completely forgot an item. We came back to get it. They gave it to us and that was fine. I ordered my burrito without tomatoes and it was SMOTHERED in tomatoes. Guess I'm eating PBJ for lunch today. Thanks a ton for that.Incompetent staff makes this place horrible.
I love Dell Taco! I know they are working with a limited staff, like most places. That could be frustrating and tiring. Customer service body language and facial expressions are important. That need to be addressed and trained. It will actually make your and the customers day.
The service was terrible I never been here before but I ask to try a Oreo shake they say the machine was down I ask for honeybun bits they didn’t have any I ask for the cinnamon stick they didn’t have any I got a strawberry sprite it was watered down and the burrito was terrible and the only thing was good and hot was the fries First time here and my last time they need better people working there to do his or her job right. very disappointed ?
Queso Beef Crunch was amazing...however the JUMBO ? TACO 2/$5. NOTHING JUMBO ABOUT IT please give less lettue, the flavor keeps giving, fresh tastie, worth the wait in the drive thru you will be ✋️ waiting.
