Dairy Queen never disappoints ice cream cravings! Ice cream does not last long enough to take pics?
I gave 2 stars, because my husband and kids got their orders right away. I wanted to give 1 star. Every time I come to this location, the same sour faced woman is behind the register. You ask a question and you get a short snotty tone or a sarcastic attitude.She has a ear bud in and will start talking as though she has a conversation going on with someone on her phone.Today, the blizzard i ordered never came. I had to remind her about it. When I got it, it was runny. She stated the ice cream machine ran out and they had to make more. Why didn't they ask me if I would mind another flavor ice cream? Why didn't they tell me what had happened. She offered me more ice cream if I wanted more, but by this time I was so over my experience I just wanted to leave. I tried to eat it and it was gross. After 3 bites I was grossed out & threw it away. I appreciated her effort, but it was too little too late.
5 starts for whomever was in charge the night the blizzard machine was broken. You handled that like a champ. You kept the line moving to the best of your ability and seemed to be training a new younger person. I am sorry I didn't know you were having trouble before I put my order in. You should get a raise random lady. Also, this was happening a hour before close. My blizzard was perfect!
Hello I placed a door dash order and what came was a bad joke. I order 4 medium blizzards and 5 small blizzards and spent 70 bucks and what I got was 10 bucks of ice cream tops. This picture is a medium the smalls were even worse
The women that made our ice cream today was awesome and did a great job and it tasted soooo good.
I went in here tonight line was insane my order was accidentally messed up I’m not complaining at all these two ladies were busting there butt it was very very clean in there soon as line was gone one of the ladies came out was sweeping cleaning. She never stopped People need to realize everyone is short staffed be patient be kind look at how hard they are working ty so much kids loved there ice cream
The service was fast and decent enough, but 2 stars because there is definitely something wrong with the ice cream. I don't know if it went bad (I'm sure I'll know soon enough), or if it had melted and was re-frozen, but the taste and texture was not normal by any means. Definitely needs a look.

Rude employee very rude needs to lose the attitude she has. She was screaming at customers and all they did was walk in the door.
Didn't get order correct.not handicapped friendly. Very expensive also. Will definitely seek a different location in the future!!!????????
