If you love seafood this is a great place to dine in or carryout! I love the variety of seafood options & spice levels. Awesome customer service as well!
PORK SAUSAGES, Poor quality seafood, and salty boils! I've been to Crazy Crab in Warren about 5 times, the first two being in 2020, when the quality and prices were on par. I thought I would give the establishment an opportunity to correct quality issues, one being unclean shrimp, but that never happened. The quality the last three visits were subpar and tonight's visit will be my last.Tonight I went for a smaller boil only containing potatoes, corn, and sausage. Before ordering, I asked if the sausage were pork based and was assured that they are smoked turkey sausage, no pork. The sausages are PORK! I don't eat PORK. I'm disgusted and sick to my stomach! They lied for an extra $7??? Because of the lie and previous experiences, I will not be visiting for any other reason than to retun the PORK sausages they serve. Don't trust this establishment!!! It's very disgusting that they lied about something so small to get an extra buck. They lost one of the few customers they had left!!!
Been to better seafood boils. Sat for lunch & they’re already telling us that tip will be included in the bill. Gave us one metal spoon when asked for two. Asked again, gave us a plastic spoon. Dips came in packets. Rice served in styrofoam boxes. Seems like the place only have stuff for take out, and not for dine-in. The seafood boil was a but more expensive than the usual place we go to, and had less options in the bag. Requested cajun sauce and it was super oily, with chunks of unmixed cajun seasoning in it. Mussels were not cleaned. Shrimp & crab were okay. Corn was mushy. Sausage was extra cost.My recommendation? Go somewhere else.
First time trying Crazy ?...Everything was so good the lemon ? and garlic butter..for me absolutely love the taste. Will be going back..Excellent Staff??
Delicious, fresh, and always the right order. I try to eat here once a week or once every 2 weeks but I love seafood and they cook it amazingly.
Average at best. Nothing spectacular. Wouldn’t returnThe mussels were mushy and just not good. The fried oysters were nasty as well. And the corn was tough. My son was so excited to get a piece of corn and immediately threw it back ??The crab was just ok. Not the freshest. But not bad like the rest. The best part was the fried rice and potatoes.
My meal appeared to have fresh and old seafood mixed. Lobster was fresh (small). Blue Crab was mushy. Crab legs barely made it. I was disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Cooks were not that pleasant. Food was not worth the trouble. I guess you get better food if you dine in.
Food was so good..... I want to thank them because it was for my daughter birthday.Smile could not stop smiling!
The food was ok. It needed more flavor, and butter though, and a little too much oil. For the price we paid I don't think we will go back.
Well when I went the building looked very nice but I have a concern about how every potatoe tasted like they grabbed it straight from the dirt & my sister potatoes wasn't even done all&all they are a smooth company just need to start taking your time more, washing off the items before placing them in the bag&stop rushing the process.
