DO NO ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible employees. Like other people on here I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up. Called an hour after ordering and was told it was on its way. Called again half an hour later and was told it was just being made. After talking to the manager who basically told me to go F myself I decided not to eat the food from here. I would call corporate but after reading the review on here I'm sure they don't care.
The first picture is how the INN Stix are SUPPOSED to look. The second/third picture is what I receive and continue to receive. Called and spoke to someone and they don't let the dough rise. I just saw a review with a picture of these and they look phenomenal. Maybe others in the same location should all huddle and teach one another how to make bread sticks.
I ordered Cottage Inn for the first time through Door Dash. The pizza was great! It's crust was fully cooked, light/ airy in texture, and had crisp outer edges. The flavors of the sauce and toppings were very good- It is now my absolute favorite!!

Walked in, employees didn't say anything to me. Told the guy behind the counter with glasses my name and order as he didn't say a word. Gave me my order. Still didn't say a word. Pizza and bread were both undercooked. Zero customer service by the dude with glasses and the woman. Was blown away that not a word was spoken. I tipped 2 bucks online too. Wasn't expecting special treatment but jeez. To not even say a single word? I wouldn't have even said anything about it or left a review if the pizza was good but I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Emailed customer service and they have not responded either.
Received my order about 30 minutes ago. Rarely do I leave reviews especially bad ones. Usually I just won't order again and be done with it. But I couldn't leave this one quick enough.Received my correct order 3 medium pizzas, everything breadsticks and wings. Everything undercooked. Seriously not good. Pizzas looked like they were cooked but once you took a peak underneath you could tell they were not upon eating them you could only get halfway through before It got to doughy. The breadsticks were visually undercooked as soon as I open the box. They even smelt like dough still! Wings tasted like fried flour. Nothing had any flavor. This isn't even a joke I've been in the food industry many years. These folks either have no idea what they're doing or just don't care very poor quality food all around.
This team worked well together. Service was great, pizza was made fast for a walk-in. It was a rainy night, so I will cut them slack on keeping the place a little cleaner. Disappointed the Cauliflower Crusts Pizzas are history. This pizza's crust was a little dry, but overall the veggie pizza was impressive.
Got a coupon for my local 14 mile location...12 dollar large pizza..3 toppings pizza. Never tried cottage inn....I had 1 pepperoni per slice...no visual bacon..and 2 miTiny mushrooms...sorry cottage a 3 toppings pizza is not 3 total toppings...lost customer forevever...little Caesars plastic pizza has you beat
I'm done this place was hit or miss in my area. I tried one last time and never again. They throw the pizza together and skimpy on the toppings starting to be just like a frozen pizza cheap!
Thought I would give them a try . Was very disappointed . Paid $11.65 for a small with two toppings . The pepperoni was sparse . The green peppers were big huge chunks and the crust was undercooked and raw in parts . I had also heard that they put sesame seeds on the crust but this didn't have any . Would have been better off with a large from Little Caesars for 5 bucks . I'll know better next time .
