The so called supervisor said good luck with contacting the manager after she got my order wrong and didn't mark my ice cream on which was which with banana's when I'm allergic
Such wonderful service! The person taking our order was so sweet to my daughter. She offered extra rainbow marshmallows which are her favorite. Great job! This location is great.
Maybe you should change your cold stone hours on google considering you lock your doors at 10:00pm instead of 10:45pm like it says & when we called at 9:50pm & asked if your lobby was open you said “uhhhhhh yeah” kinda of unsure but unsure in a way like technically our lobby is open but I don’t want customers coming in 10 minutes before “close” because my job is just too hard & lord forbid I have customers in the lobby where I can’t start my closing chores earlier than required. As soon as me & another customer parked in your parking lot BEFORE 10:00pm you and another employee peeked out the door & hurried up & locked it. Stop being lazy & do better if you’re gonna work otherwise just retire your positions hard workers deserve your jobs/positions more than you do. If I could give this service 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. If you want more than 1 star give me a free milkshake other wise my word of mouth goes far trust me.
Tried the Tuna sandwiches and they were very good, but oh baby, I got a Mocha Iced Capp and I think I saw heaven with every sip. It was amazing, and we'll worth the fact that I might be up all night.
Like this location because of the drive thru…that’s where it ends tho! Lazy help doesn’t want to mix the ice cream with the other Items. Wad of stuff in one spot, the rest was plain ice cream. 4/23/2022 4 pm visit.
The store was dirty, the service was terrible! We will NEVER go to that location again!
It's located inside of a Tim Horton. It was not the same as going to the lone place. Staff seemed to struggle. My ice cream was too soft. Perhaps too much warmth from the bakery?
Very rude threw my icecream in the bag after I spent $30 + on icecream all my icecream spilled out and was very nasty when I asked is this how u guys do customers she gave me a dirty look I also asked for a manager they didn’t respond so I just drove off how rude for my first time there
Everyone at the counter decided to do everything else but take orders had to sit there for 5 mins while someone stack cups that they didn't need to wouldn't go back terrible customer service to say the least first time at location and last don't usually have this issue asst other locations
What's the point of pre-ordering if you still have to wait 30min? The cake we ordered for a birthday looks as if a 5yr old could do better. Don't bother.
