Had the Barbacoa Bowl at this location and it was one of the best I've had at a Chipotle. They were very generous with the beef and the ingredients were fresh. The store was clean and the service was efficient.

If you're looking for long wait times and very small portions, this is the place for you! Been to this location several times and it is always like this. Line to the door and one person working the line. There were 6 other employees in various states of wandering around looking lost and oblivious to the line in the store. The one employee working the line moved at a snails pace and was constantly walking over to the online order area to get ingredients instead of having someone refill the empty containers on the line. 45 minutes to get my food with 7 employees and only one putting in minimal effort to get orders done and people out the door.They should just close this location. All of those people deserve to be unemployed.

The dining area was completely filthy. I didn't want to eat there so go my order to. I paid 20$ for my food. When I got back to my place I opened up my bag of chips only to discover the chips were not cooked and we're drenched in oil. My co-worker had the same issue with his chips. The steak was cooked well and had good flavor.

Received a nice surprise today when the cashier told me my bills along with a few others placed orders after me were picked up by a generous gentleman ordered before me and my new colleague. Good things happen to good place and good people, ?

Stood in a line for about 15 minutes on a Thursday evening. During that time, only two people were served. I left Chipotle and went to five guys down the street where I was served within 10 minutes of walking in (delicious burger btw).

One of the employees there, a girl with glasses, possibly a manager? Was rude when I asked her if she could cut my burrito in half as they have done in the past and rudely told me “we don’t cut them we have plastic knives over there”, and then I seen her be rude to someone who wanted to know where to pick up their take-out order. I work in customer service and as someone who does, that rude behavior would never be acceptable at my place of employment and chipotle workers should not be any different. I will not be back there if the staff is allowed to be so rude to people.

There is 6 people working and so far they have helped 3 people in the last 25 minutes. I would not recommend eating here if you have a lunch break because you can not eat and get back if there is a line of more than 4 people. This is not the first time this has happened where I have to walk out so I can make it back to work without ordering but the will be the last.

Editing my review because this chipotle location seems to have really turned it around. The last 5+ visit they have had every ingredient in stock. They typically do not make the vinaigrette until a few hours past open but at least they make it, many locations never have it. As for my biggest complaint was the location being closed during lunch rush a few times- 1 it appears they hired more and better staff, 2 I always wait a few hours past opening now and have not had a problem since

I found a FINGER NAIL in my burrito. And not just any finger nail, but one that looks like it came from someone that has poor hygiene. At first I thought it was a piece of plastic, but nope definitely organic matter. I’m both livid and disgusted. I hope this is a wake up call to the owner to step in and crack down on what’s happening inside his/her establishment. Absolutely disgusting.

Great food, excellent service. Staff are very attentive to make sure they get your order right and even checked on me while I was eating to make sure everything was tasting good.
