Always really tasty becoming rather pricey though
Love the broasted potatoes. It is drive thru only but for me that works great as I'm usually called in and just picking up.
Visiting family and tried to call to place an order. Was told I have to come up to the drive thru and place an order. My family has been coming to chicken shack for over 30 years but never again after this. You just lost a customer!
I ordered a party size meal over the phone with ease. My order was ready on time and I picked it up with ease. The food was delicious.
Best Chicken Shack in Michigan. The food is always freshly cooked. Customer Service is great. They've had the same chef/cook for over 10 yrs. They take cater orders and the orders are always done on schedule and hot. The best time to go is around 11 a.m. because your wait wont be as long. The avg wait time in the drive thru is 5-7 minutes on a slow day. On busy days you can wait 10-15 mins. Don't forget the barbeque sauce!
Currently their employees are not what they used to be. They rush thru orders and don't show quality service any more. Go to a different location
Chicken shack food is amazing my only complaint is I ordered a tray of bites 16 chicken tenders and they only gave me three small barbecues I had to purchase barbecue for all the chicken I ordered you would think I'd get a little more
Cost too much! How's a lunch special for ribs $15 + dollars. I called the Detroit location and I'm getting ribs, potatoes, drink & roll for $13 dollars. Boom!
Chicken was good and didn't take forever (25-30ish minute wait from order on normal days) busy days usually run about 30-40 minutes if the driveway is really packed. For sure order ahead and get there in the suggested time, showing up early may not be as useful as you think.
I ordered the chicken tenders snack and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the 8 piece ribs and ate on them for two days. Tasted great and nice sized portions.
