Probably the worst service I've ever had. Lady who took my order was very very rude. I waited at the window for like 10 to 15 mins before she even opened it and her first response was literally "do you have an order or something?" With crossed arms and a put off look on her face. Its like did you already forget taking it 15 mins ago im the only one in drive through you idiot. Very very slow and rude staff especially to white people.
I personally love the way they cook the chicken. I've been to several different locations, always been consistent.
The employees are respectful and courteous. Best of all, the chicken is always hot, fresh and crispy delicious. The potatoes are smothered in a tantalizing butter sauce dripping with flavor. I wish I could manage my own Chicken Shack because the product sells itself and I could eat chicken every day. I want to thank Eva and Jessica for making the best Chicken in the state of Michigan. You guys are the best !!
The service and container were good.The fried chicken thigh was tasty. But I thought it was overly greasy as though it needed to be patted with paper towel. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag to eat it in my car.Drive through. Sunday June 26.$3.26 for 1 med thigh. Pricey.I do not plan to return.
Just left this location. Normally i have a good experience. I went thru the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes after I paid. I rolled down my window to get someone's attention. This girl with a very snooty attitude comes to the window i ask her how much longer. She says ribs take longer if you dont want to wait call it in next time and closed the window. Ill make sure I go to another location next time because as much as those subpar tasting ribs cost i shouldnt have to deal with a snooty attitude from some little girl
Check your bag, order and receipt before leaving. We were double charged for an item. Also ordered wings which are actually drumettes. Rate Chic sandwich 3.5 out of 5.
For my mom’s birthday, I went there and spent 45 dollars for barbecue chicken tenders dinner. The chicken tenders were over cooked with sauce and what was suppose to be broasted potatoes were flat and burnt like they had been already cook and not fresh. Mind you that I waited 30 mins. Which I wouldn’t have mind if the food had been fresh and good. The only thing she liked was the coleslaw. Not please at all!
I went again and ordered the wings and shack potatoes.The manager lied saying that they didn't have delivery of hot sauce at all when there was full pack of them behind the counter. She told her name is Eva and she was so rude and unprofessional with my family. Not sure I'll go there back again. It's very disappointing when we asked her to pack our food and she started throwing the food on the bag. I believe management will give her some appropriate training how to handle customer and be professional.
The chicken and the potatoes was very good , i look forward to going back to get some more of that good chicken , it wasn't overcooked, the bones was still white not brown like most places .
The potato wedges were very good, but the fish was fried a bit hard. Not much seasoning to any of it. I've had better from other Chicken Shack locations.
