I came in for breakfast, pulled in to the open 24 hour location at 4:10... and waited. After 15 minutes of sitting at the box and not being acknowledged I drove around and could see the employees inside. I came back around to the drive through box and even called the restaurant... no answer. I've now sat here for almost 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. There is no excuse for service this poor.
Stopped here on our way home from a trip. Didn't read our order back to us, messed up the order, didn't give our credit card back and we didn't realize it right away- until we were 30 mins out. Called the store multiple times over multiple days and no one answers. Not sure if it was a genuine mistake or if they are purposefully stealing cards.
Worst Burger King location ever. The drive through is always long and they take forever to get you your food, not only orders are always messed up. Went inside to order food. The staff didn’t not even acknowledge me, even after 10min no one even took my order or say anything so I decided to leave. Never again will I come to this Burger King. Very disappointed.
Hairs in my son's Burger, a clump of it mot strands. Tomato juice on my Wife's burger, she's allergic and I specifically asked the kid making the sandwiches to please wash his hands or wear gloves. Sitting in the ER with my wife now. Ordered three meals, received no drinks. Son stood at the counter asking for the cups and he wanted to buy us all milkshakes. He was ignored.
This is a pretty decent BK. The food is ways fresh. There ice cream machine is never down. The cashiers are friendly and efficient.
Ordered online, went to pick it up only to be told they were closed due to the delivery truck being there. When I told them about my online order they repeated that they were closed.I pulled forward to the window and an employee opens it repeat it, but when I ask what I'm supposed to do as I've already paid, they tell me to come back in half an hour or so.I come back 45 minutes later, irritated, and they tell me they only have chicken sandwiches and only want cash. I tell them I had an online order and they respond with I can have a chicken sandwich or I'll have to cancel my online order. I drove away, 50 minutes of waiting, 2 trips out and nothing to show for it. Fortunately I had an easy exchange with corporate who refunded and offered an apology, something quite beyond the staff here.Before the Pandemic, my friends and I didn't think much of this location, now I think even less of them and won't be returning.
I usual come here on my lunch break when I get fast food. Staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh. Wait time isn't too bad either ??
It's been a while since I had Burger King and I can see why. The fish sandwich wasn't that good and it has gotten smaller but they have the nerve to call it "big fish" and charge over $5 for it. I will not be buying it again.
Clearly their workers can't read on Saturdays. I ordered a Whopper Melt combo but they gave me a regular whopper. Then didn't give me a complete refund. I am beyond angry at the way I was treated. The manager had the audacity to slam the window shut in my face. She had a funky attitude but she got the right one today.
Went here with my boss to grab some lunch after our shift at Family Dollar on 8 and Masch from drive thru, the sign clearly reads 2 for $10 mix/match meals for the Big King and Original Chicken sandwich meals so we ordered one of each and total should have been $10.60 at the window, you guessed it nope they charged us $12.72 and claims sign was old and no way they can fix the total so I'll never go there and also the manager offered us just the sandwiches for $10.60 without our fries and drinks. Pop also tasted watered-down and fries were bland like just plain no salt or anything like other restaurants do and they were cold too.
