This place will never get your order right ever. Don't bother.P.s. if you order a frozen lemonade from here, they'll charge you full price and fill your cup 1/3rd of the way. Thanks BK ?

My order was pulled. I had to drive around to the front door. The guy that brought out my order was really nice. Considering I had to call because they forgot about me.

The woman working at the drive-thru (11 and hoover location) explained to me that Quarter Pounders have the exact same ingredients as a Whopper when I asked her what the difference was because I've never had one plus they are currently running a sale. So I ordered two QP meals. Get all the way home. Absolutely NOT the exact same ingredients at all... missing tomato, lettuce & Mayo. Pic incl. They added mustard to both burgers which I have a bad reaction to (causes me heartburn & gastric distress). I should have just Googled it in the first place. I'm totally shocked the workers don't even know differences between these sandwiches. But anywho the fries were ok. ?

Please all voice bad service to help any business get better, but also say good things when they do!Well, this isn't unusual, the assistant day manager not able to run staff properly. Line cooks out of meat, screaming assist. manager constantly making mistakes then yells at others then would say oops I made a mistake all while we customers watch. But today was my last straw with his drama tantrum. I walked in and ordered, but first had to watch him exploding about no food being made and why, person's name, wasn't doing their job. I waited 18 min. inside next to the window and watched the 6 cars that were ahead of getting service and 2 people behind in walk-in get served. I kept watching the assistant manager throw my food items down saying why do I have these and kept throwing my ordered item. After the third time doing so I snapped and, yes, screamed just give my money back. I also did inform him of his incompetence, demeaning staff, and throwing fed-ex delivery while we watch is enough BS to make all around him mad. While the rest of the staff was the nicest, lack of real leadership will keep good business morale down creating bad service, why is he in charge?The lady stating being 6 months pregnant was/ is more qualified, it is obvious indeed.

I went with my girlfriend and was treated poorly by staff at the drive-thru. They did t respond and took anther customers order before mine, which they were after me. I highly suggest trying another Burger King since this does not care for its customers?

I had ordered four Whopper sandwiches with no lettuce on it previously from this location. The burger buns were burned and blackened with a bottomless amount of pickles in replacement for lettuce. Apparently, this location had run out of lettuce and substituted it with pickles. The sandwiches were not the only complaint: the nuggets were stale and like little pieces of cardboard as well.That isn’t all to say as well. I had given this location one more chance and had ordered two Whopper Jrs with no mayo or lettuce on it. I had asked for some mayo and lettuce, and the employee was exceptionally rude to me regarding it. I will not be returning.

Went to this place at 1am they said they were only doing DoorDash orders when they are open 24 hours. Ordered door dash and they cancelled my order saying they were closed. Awful service and whoever is working the Night Shift should be fired for being lazy and getting paid for doing nothing their entire shift.

Extremely slow service. Got to the window they didn’t even know what orders to charge for. Then they hand me completely incorrect food and drinks. Then they just tell me to keep it and I had to wait another 10 minutes at the window for my correct order. Don’t go to this Burger King. Go somewhere else.

I went to Burger King on hoover in warren on Wednesday May 18, 2022...I ordered 2 sausage, cheese, egg croissant and 2 hash browns, I received 1 hash brown, 1 bacon, cheese, egg croissant and 1 sausage cheese croissant...I didn't look before I left, I was on my way to work. I hadn't been there in a while...SOOO HORRIBLE...I WAS VERY UPSET...AND THEY WANT A RAISE...FIRST YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB...I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE

Checked my bag before taking off and was missing my youngest daughters Large order of onion rings, BBQ sauce for my other daughters nugget meal and the 2 meals that were ordered I asked for them to be in a seperate bag.After having enough time to look through my bag to find the missing items a total of 4 minutes went by before the long haired blonde girl came back to the window (6 cars I could see behind me) she gave me an attitude and said she did put BBQ sauce in there and that the onion rings were not rung up. So she gave 1 BBQ sauce (while the receipt says 2, but missing anyways) then rang me up for the Large Onion ring (which with the inconvenience should have been free considering my order was over $30.00)Then the guy with the ear piece that took my order came over to her at her computer touching buttons and I tried explaining to her that he took my order and didnt add my onion rings, nor seperate the meals, and I ordered that I wanted BBQ sauce. I then asked if she was the manager because she wasnt looking at me when I was talking to her after her giving me a attitude and the guy said he was, with a rude smile. I was in utter shock that he was the manager. ? Then he just rudely said have a nice day. When it was 11pm.I cannot believe these people can work in the public sector and then have the audacity to assume they should be making anything over minimum wage which is $9.87 an hour!
