This location is closed more than it's open. They claim no people well if your franchise paid a wage on par with the corporate stores you probably wouldn't have that issue. Honestly they should just shut it down so some better business can come over here because it's just taking up space. They're also strangely skimpy with the beverages like you order a combo and they give you a kids cup. I guess that's the franchise's way of saving a nickel. Just ignore this one on the map and go to the one down the road.
My closest BK OnlY had whoppers & fries -- seriously not even pop & so we left.Our next closest BK was 11&Hoover. Brandon was on the drive thru & keeping it moving! With a ?!Got what we wanted -- hot, smellin' yummy, accurate, sauces, napkins & a Have a great day!This now is MY BK!
Just spend 35 minutes trapped in your drive thru- it took almost 10 minutes before they came on the microphone to tell you . They are out of burgers only chicken sandwiches the f4yer is broken and there is no pop. Really. And they have the nerve to be rude to me? Why not close up. Drive through is wrapped around the building These people should be fired. Maybe new management. Just moved to this area first and last time I go to this establishment !!
I used to love this location but in the past year the service is really just not up to par. Service is always slow and the workers tend to always have an attitude. I've worked fast food before so I completely understand the amount of stress it can put on someone but there's no need for the rudeness. I just visited this location about 5 minutes ago and was informed that because they were close to closing time they're only serving burgers because "nobody is gonna fry anything right now" per the cashiers words. This location also legit opens and closes whenever they feel like is so maybe under hours they shouldn't put anything down. Side note the lady at the window is way rude. She literally rushed me while I was looking for my card and I get I probably should have had it out already but like I stated before the rudeness is just crazy.
I went there a couple of times for breakfast about a year ago, and they were still closed about an hour after opening time.I decided to give them another chance this morning... and they were still closed about an hour after opening time. Unbelievable. Never again.
Below is a picture of my French toast sticks.....they didn't forget the syrup! This place opens when they want and only have some things on the menu. Just spend 20 minutes in line to get exactly what you didn't order. But folks just deal with it don't get upset this is the new norm. The new world order is construction, lines, below par service, and quality????? Ha it died with disco
Very slow service. One person in line ahead of us, no one behind us. Ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese, but it had no cheese on it. I paid $.30 for it though, per the receipt. Also ordered 3 Bacon Cheesebrgers. All burgers were room temp at best. Not the first time we've been disappointed here. Done with them.
Bacon king. Bacon was hard as a rock. Could not eat it. Had to remove the bacon to be able to eat the sandwich. The whopper was not too bad. Fries were cold
BK is not the same as when I grew up. Being 68 I remember when the Whoopers seemed bigger, fries were actually hot and overall the food we good. Now it seems like the people working there can care less. Always seem to get cold fries, sometime under cooked, the burgers are just throwed together. The Whoopers don't seem to have that great char grill taste as in the past too. Love the Whooper an the Big King (lot better then the Big Mac) but they just need to get back to the good old BK days with better quality food.
This was an impromptu trip here after church and everything was great, from the customer service to the food even the speed of service. I greatly appreciate it all
