the food isn’t as good as it once used to be. the spaghetti and chicken parmigiana comes out with a bunch of water in it. I managed to fill up a solo container with it (some spilled out). the spaghetti sauce isn’t what it used to be several years ago.also an employee at this location is horribly whistling off tune and sounds like a leaky pipe. I’ve heard it the last few times visiting and I’m wondering how no one has asked the person to stop. it’s really annoying. I feel bad for the other employees who have to put up with it for their entire shifts
The big boy burger tasted exactly like when I was a kid. This location is awesome! Its beautifully decorated clean and top notch quality! Our server was kind helpful and fast. The chocolate malt was amazing make sure you leave room for it because you will regret it if you dont.
Dine in service has been consistently acceptable.Carry out service has been consistently terrible. Carry out has, at every instance, been cold food. To sit in the parking lot and wait until the moment the order is "ready for pickup," I expect the food to be appropriate temperature for consumption. Either the good has been sitting out on the counter for a long period of time, or they aren't heating anything through. And it's not just "warm," it's actually cold.If you have the time to dine in, it's usually a decent meal. Don't waste your money on carry out.
The gold is all due to one waitress. the food is. What you expect from a big boy, pricing is good, but the waitress we had, made writing a review worth my while. She made sure to take extra special care of my son with him being a diabetic. It was very much appreciated.
Great food, clean bathrooms, and Elena took great care of us. Other great people: Crystal and the manager, who talked to everybody and was really nice.
Went in to do a take out and no one even talked to me even as I was right at the desk while there was a person right there. Then someone was leaving there both and that same person right away was asking them if they needed anything like a box or anything. While ignoring me then going back to what they were doing. I left the resturant and tried calling for a manager and was on hold for 20 min. I would say go to the Madison Hts. Store. Service is great.

We used to come all the time and everything was super good and everyone was friendly. I initially gave this a 5 star rating because it was awesome. But the last few time we have gone ( family of 4 adults ) the staff was rude and the food took forever. Today was just one more reason why I remembered why we stopped coming. I got the so called breakfast "buffet" and I brought back a plate of bacon and French toast. My son took 3 pieces of my bacon while waiting for his burger. (Just him and I today ) and a waitress literally came over and asked if he ordered said buffet. I said no he is just waiting for his burger and her response was well there is no sharing I'll have to charge you if he eats anymore. I was like are you kidding me ? he had 3 pieces. She literally eye balled us the entire time we were there like she had nothing better to do. I think this is our last time going. Unbelievable.
went there for the first time since the fire and was not happy. they did away with the soup and salad bar. my slim Jim was over cooked and very dry. I ordered the broccoli soup and like the club crackers with it, they no longer have club crackers. next time I will definitely do the drive out to hall road.
Nice modern looking Big Boy. Good service and good food. I got their new Caramel cinnamon french toast and it was pretty banging. Lots of old people here which is always a good sign too. 10/10 solid
