Ordered from them via Uber Eats and what I received was wrong and just a total mess. My waffle cone smelled weird (like perfume or something, it was very odd) so I couldn't even eat it. Yuck. They also put small scoops of ice cream into my cup, gave me the wrong flavor ice cream, and barely put any fudge (that I paid and was charged extra for) in the cup. If this is how you operate, you should just close your doors permanently.
Ordered a cake Online and paid for it, for my Daughter's Birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was not there and hadn't even been made. The young lady that was working was not able to give me a refund for whatever reason, I guess she wasn't authorized to do so and the Manager was not even there. The young lady had to give me a cake after seeing my receipt, which the cake that I had to accept was poorly made and sloppy and lopsided. Plus, it was a chocolate chip cake with Oreos on the outside...we ordered a Unicorn ice cream cake. It wasn't the young lady's fault, she was trying her best. I fault the people over her, because whoever is in charge needs to be on top of Online orders. I will be contacting corporate. Smh
