Food was ok. No drink carrier and I had four meals to take home to my family. That was very inconvenient. The staff came off as rude and not very pleasant. I don't know if I will be going back to this one ?

Tried the new Wagyu Burger. I enjoyed it, because... 1. The meat was about as thick as one would have at a backyard BBQ and... 2. The Brioche Bun was really good. And... 3. It was loaded with toppings. Disclosure: I requested extra sauce (very possibly, unneeded. Wait until you see the pix. lol.) The price was reasonable compared to other special sandwiches elsewhere. I ended up eating only half for lunch; it was filling.
Was in drive thru for 30 mins at 2pm (after lunch rush and before dinner) ordered a large curly fry, was told they were out of lg fry boxes so i ordered a medium. It wasnt even full wen i got it. I had to ask for a straw. Pulled away before i realized they didnt give me any sauces or napkins
Seem this female may have been a "manager" or someone with authority. She didn't greet me with a hello/a may I help you, but she did stand behind the register and stare at me SILENTLY. I C folks haven't learned YET!!!. They had none of the food I ordered. I jus got a shake, it was hot outside......Very POOR SERVICE
This arbys as a chain is usually not the greatest. The roast beef is usually overdone and nasty. The only saving grace is the mozzarella sticks as they are usually pretty good. But I would go to a different arbys if you have a choice.
Went thru drive thru. I ordered a double beef n cheddar, crinkle fries with a cup of cheese, and a medium coke no ice. I live about 3/4 of a mile from this store. When I got home, the cheese was cold, the beef n cheddar was cold
Wait in line not that bad for the time we went. Food was hot and fresh. Tried the roast turkey sliders this time and they hit the spot! Been going to the 10 mile and Hoover location since I was a kid. Ive never had a bad experience!!!?
Food was fresh & delicious. Cashier was super nice and the place was clean. Great job !
At noon they let us sit in the drive through for 30 minutes before telling us it was to busy to take orders and closed the drivethrough
