Ordered the 2 for 25 and picked the cheeseburgers. Also got the oriental chicken salad yummy ??. Everything was fine until we found a big black hair in my daughter's burger ? gross! At least they were very nice about it and took the burger off of the bill! It just ruined our appetite after that.
I ordered over the phone. Went to the curve side pick sharp on time but I had to wait 25+ minutes I have texted to the number it was shown on the sign and reply someone will being the food shortly and no one even come out from the restaurant. Then I decided to inside and asked them for my food. Then they said food is ready!!! I took them home. I have never eaten this type of worse steak ever in the US. It was saggy and almost burned it. I actually ordered medium well and came out this. Also the chicken casadilla was salty and not crispy enough. Shrimp n chicken was bad. They cooked it but added spices and too much salt.Worse experience. Will never go again.
Had Tahani as our waitress and she was awesome! So patient and very welcoming the entire time. All around quick with everything. Would recommend her to EVERYONE! She definitely cares about her customers and that’s highly appreciated, especially around though times in the world!
My food was good. Nothing spectacular happened. Waitress was okay. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Food was fast and filling. No complaints. Id come back again.
Great experience this time! Good food, great atmosphere & an amazing server! The bartender Frances was fire! She was on it and made sure i was attended to from start to finish. Yeah, Applebee's is Applebee's but today, my lunch was surprisingly, really good! Thanks Frances!
We had a great meal and had a wonderful waitress! Gloria was great! She went above and beyond to make our experience not just great, but fun! Gloria will be my waitress everytime I return. So, if you go to the Applebees on 12 Mile and Van Dyke, ask for Gloria, you will not be disappointed!!
Unpleasant experience, They served us drink after that I didnt see no sign of server anywhere, Then we were moved to different table still we couldn't order. We ordered food after 30min waiting. SILVERWARE WAS GIVEN AFTER THE FOOD BECAME COLD!! THEY ARE UNCLEAN!..FOOD WAS SALTY, NEVER GOING AGAIN
Why call it “car side pickup” if it’s not? You can’t come to the pickup sign, so why have extra parking for it if that’s not what it is? Why does the website say they’ll come to the car if they won’t ? Why wasn’t I notified otherwise and sat here and wasted my time? “Don’t get up, we’ll come to you!” ?Will get rid of the 1 star if they remedy the confusion.
Appetizer was delicious. Cheese sticks.My husband has the Riblet platter & it was very good. I had the Orange Chicken Bowl. I didn't care for it. Little too spicy & not a lot of flavor.Waitress offered a replacement. But, I'd eaten enough. But, she offered us a dessert on the house. We shared a large brownie, with ice cream. It was great. The brownies were warm.To me it was fairly pricey for the food & location.
First server we had was slow and didn't serve us drinks within 10 minutes. We asked to be moved, and the waitress we got was Breanna. She moved fast and wasted no time getting us drinks within 3 minutes. Our food came in a timely fashion. Ambience was great, food was hot and delicious. Great after work experience to unwind. Would ask for her again.
