Oh how I love living in Detroit sometimes. Live in an ethnic hodge podge with an international airport like this, and you just get good ethnic diversity in cuisine. Amarin Thai is one of those little gems that results. Live in this town, and you can have truly great Thai, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Japanese along with decent Korean, not to mention the outstanding options from around the globe to be found in the area. It's just one of the advantages of living in this town.Amarin Thai is kind of special. We wanted to hit Big Boys, but there was a wait, so we decided to give this place a try. We already had a go-to for Thai fast food when we wanted pick up or delivery, so I was naturally a little skeptical. I'm not one who loves change if I found what I like. I do not regret the choice. The restaurant has good seating and a comfortable atmosphere. Its staff is polite and friendly, and its menu is widely varied with all of what you would expect in a thai restaurant. On a lark, I decided I would try the Chicken Satay, assuming that the peanut sauce was on the side. I am normally a great detester of peanut sauces or cooking with peanut oils. So, when the Satay came back drenched, both I and my spouse had a momentary pause as I decided if this was a good idea or not. One bite, however, was a little slice of heaven. I stress. I do not like peanut sauce. I don't know why, but it does not sit well with my stomach. It means about half of all Thai cooking is usually inaccessible to me. But these were delicious and the sauce just a perfect texture and flavor that it did not get me the wrong way.The dish itself was outstanding, and very much what we would expect of a mid to high end Thai restaurant. The food was excellent in general, and we will without question be returning here the next time we are in the mood for Thai specifically. Prices are reasonable, as well, so if you're in the market for Thai, I recommend this place happily.

Staff is super nice and hardworking and the flavors are are there. Only reason why I did t give this place a 5/5 is because there is another option that I always go to. But I remember they was just this one middle age mom there that was holding down the entire front end side of things by herself and you can tell how hardworking she was just by dining there.

wonderful Thai food, nice and spicy if you ask for it made with fresh spices and vegetables. Love their curry noodles and seafood combo. friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Orders come up quick, usually 20 minutes or so.

Best Thai in Warren. Been eating here nearly weekly for 4 years now. Plenty of menu choices, the prices are spot on and the food has always been fresh and hot.Drunken noodles, fresh rolls, pad thai. All are excellent choices.

Chicken Pad Thai is always amazing. Pineapple fried rice with chicken is delicious as well.

What can I say except that everything was asked absolutely perfect from our food to the wait staff everybody was friendly and helpful and this will be our new restaurant to go to now that we've moved!

Best Thai Food restaurant in Macomb County and quite possibly all of Michigan.Been to nearly every Thai food place in the county and Amarin's is by far the best. I highly recommend their You & Me, Potatoe Curry, Pad Thai, Crazy Noodles and Seafood platter. The staff is always quick, whenever I suggest this place to people they are always nervous seeing the waiters doing other tasks, but are shocked how fast they are noticed and get their orders in, refills of water and their food. This place is packed to the brim during lunch hour and it's clear why. The food and service are just that extraordinary!

Amazing food everytime me and girlfriend come for dine in or takeout. Nuff said, also really good Thai Tea, not just lipton lol.

Best Thai food around. The Siam chicken is amazing everytime!

Service was quick. Helpful in picking food. Had a few co-workers that never tried Thai and enjoyed the flavorful dishes. Food came out fast and ready. If you like spice - recommend to go Medium heat. King and I was a good dish. Siam Chicken was a safe bet for the new guys. Thai tea was good. Website helped with what to pick before going. Get there early to ensure you get a table. Fills up fast at lunch.
