The bun was hard asked for lite msyo and it was spread heavy, I had to wipe it off with my napkin. She didn't give me sauce for my nuggets, the fries were luke warm although I asked for fresh unsalted. Overall to be so busy this may have been the worst Wendy's I've had in a while.
People were nice enough but not very good at their jobs. Prices were too high. This was my last trip to Wendy's
Polite got my order right,that's enough to make me happ.
Lady at the window had an attitude, they forgot our sauce so when we waited she opened the window and said “do you need something?” We said yes sauce and she said it costs 25 cents but we never received it. She gave it to us in the end for free but don’t know why she had such an attitude
It’s a Wendy’s so it’s consistent for food quality IMO (which is decent). Not the fastest. Biggest problem with this particular location is it’s like 55 degrees in the dining room. I understand the kitchen employees want to stay comfortable. But somehow other restaurants make it work so the customers don’t need to bring their jackets in the summer. The consistent long drive thru line and lack of any customers inside means I’m probably not the only one who thinks this.
Terrible service. Terrible food. Rude people. I got food poisoning from eating here. DO NOT EAT HERE
I don't do fast food often, but when I do I am reminded of why I don't.Cold nuggets for the kids (79°), also the incorrect count (paid for 10, only got 7) - not like it's a huge deal, but principal dictates that I need to correct this.
Do NOT come here on Sundays. Awful employees that give the wrong orders and skimp out on nuggets and fries. But otherwise, this place is a good snack.
I went there at 4:10 - 4:30 pm on Sunday the 6th. Food was good, I tried their new Hot Honey sandwich and it was amazing, the pickle chips complemented the sandwich perfectly I hope they keep that sandwich. Tried the bourbon bacon sandwich as well and it was alright, mostly my fault for getting 3 Patty's i ended up with more meat than bacon and sauce so eh my fault. The order taker was nice and helpful, definitely deserved a raise for being patient while telling me what was on the Hot Honey sandwich. It's a shame they were out of Chocolate Frosty so i got a vanilla one which oddly tasted like Root beer. I don't usually go back to fast food places often as it's hard to critique fast food, but I will be back because of the good service. I have left the time I was there because I don't have my receipt with me but I hope you give the boy a raise for good service.
