The menu said $5.79 for my smoothie but when the clerk rang me up it said $6.29. When I questioned why was I being charged differently the clerk said that was a question for the manager who was not there. I said I should be charged what the menu said. He didn’t change the price.
This location makes my smoothie the best so far. Great and friendly staff ?

I’ve been coming to various Tropical Smoothie Cafes for a couple of years, and it’s been good, for the most part. But the Banana-based smoothie I purchased here recently was absolutely disgusting. It tasted, for a lack of better words: rotten. The smell was fine but the taste made me gag. Even thinking about the smoothie makes me nauseous. Yuck.

Seevice was good but i felt like the cashier was having an off day. Firstly i had garlic and herb green goddess flatbread, the shrimp was still cold and tasted too strong i dont reccomend it. Then i got a hummus veggie wrap which was amazing, I substituted the ranch for chipotle which is perfect. The location looks well taken care of, keep up the good work.
I placed an order online over an hour ago on my lunch break and I am writing from the lobby where I still have not received my food and drinks.The employees are ridiculously slow. When I I politely asked about my order the employee said it was ready and someone took it but I have been waiting in the facility and no one ever made it.
Terrible system. We end up getting someone else's drink every time we go there...
