Customer service at its worse, I came to pick up a delivery and there were 2 big coffees in a styrofoam. it's nothing wrong with putting coffee in the styrofoam and then putting the coffee and Styrofoam in a plastic bag to hold them so they won't spill or they won't fallThe unprofessional woman worker gave me every excuse why she couldn't give me a bag she finally gave me a bag but she had so much attitude!!!It's cost o cents to be kind, first impressions are lasting impressions. I will not be back nor refer anyone to you!!!! Customer service is everything to me!!
Past few times I've been here, either the coffee taste like it's burned or a simple instruction like adding a shot of espresso is missed. The breakfast sandwiches I've tried (and I've tried several) are questionable. It don't seem fresh and the quality is lacking, so I stopped getting that. Now that the coffee is no longer up to par, there's no reason for me to go here.
Good service and muffins. However, the parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru backs up and block customers vehicles who have went inside for service. Very congested parking lot
My French vanilla cappuccino was watered down. I've gotten them from here before with no issue which is why i gave them a 3 vs. a 2. But this was disappointing
Went to Tim hortons on 15 mile I ordered a onion bagel with cream cheese got the cream cheese but it was not a onion bagel and didn't get the cream on my drink.
I wish I would have gotten this young ladies name! 5/20, Friday morning, 7:20am drive thru she was so uplifting! Such a nice way to wake up! Thank you so much for starting my day out right! Big Beaver in Troy.
Food was correct and came out fast, but the lady taking my order was easily the most rude and impatient person I have ever dealt with in my life at a drive thru. I’ll be avoiding this location going forward. I advise everyone else do the same until they get rid of this toxic lady.
Lady at drive through very rude and mean she works in the morning this tim hortons is the worse in service I will never go there again very bad experience i sled for small coffee with 2 sugars and double cream I got cream and sugar
Service was good. Restaurant was very clean. Food was great, but the donut ? was old.
I have stop in on my why to work which happens to about 5:30pm and some day 7:30pm and i swear for a week straight no matter what time i go thru the drive thru tbey have no hot food. I understand that you may run out of stuff but at 5:30pm you have nothing hot. So today i i firgure i would try again and the same thing no hot food. Not everyone want dounts that late at night
