I would give this store a 0 based on my experience this morning. The customer service at this location has never been great but today was horrible. I placed an order the girl repeated my order still got the wrong order. Called the store to let them know the order was messed up and unfortunately got into a argument with the girl she hung up on me twice. I called back got a male and while I was talking to him and telling him what was going on she was shouting in the background.. And then she hung up on me again. Went up to the store the doors were locked and they refused to open the door to correct my order. Ask for a manager or GM information and they refused to give me anything. I contacted another store told them what happened and they politely corrected my order.
When I say this is the best Tim Hortons in Troy, I mean it. This location had really nice fresh treats, the place was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Amelia, Devin, and Jeremy who were the amazing staff from above. I will definitely go to this location again!
I was the only customer there. I asked for a coffee with a very small amount of cream. Instead, they gave me cream with a small amount of coffee. Since it was the afternoon, they only had a few variety of donuts left. I asked for a chocolate dip donut, but ended up with a chocolate glazed donut. The reason for this is the employees were milling around chit chatting instead of focusing on listening to the customer. That’s what I get for eating junk food.
I went to Tim Hortons after biking and I was really tired. The staff were amazing; Jeremy, Devin, and Amelia were so helpful. I would recommend this specific location to anyone!

This is the second time but when I got my coffee my coffee was not hot warm. I like my coffee hot. Won't be back.
