Edit: I still come to this location and I have to say they're doing the best they can with limited staff and are really nice and apologize for the wait. What happened to fast food being "fast"? 45 minutes minimum for tacos?!!! For the most part order is accurate and tasty. Staff pretty nice. But you can get in faster in a high-end 5 star restaurant. Should take seconds to make burritos and tacos, just sayin.
Had a $45 order with 26 items and the whole order was almost 100% correct. It was refreshing to be able to receive all of the food I ordered and the way I ordered it. I would trust and return to this location knowing my order would be correct.
Worst taco bell I've ever been too. Was in line over 20 minutes for them to mess up the WHOLE order because the employees were just playing around and talking instead of worming. No phone so couldn't call and tell them about my messed up order and definitely wasn't waiting in line another 20-30min for them to mess my order up again- steer clear of this location at all costs.
Update: A team member saw me walking away from the restaurant and unlock the door and gave me my food! Below is what I wrote as I was walking away:Dine-in was enabled on their mobile app so I ordered early and walked 40 minutes to this location. When I arrived, all the doors were locked and my phone won't let me cancel the order anymore. There's no phone number to call the team members and let them know I'm outside either.
We went there last night it took 1.5 hours in the drive-thru to get our order. I don't know what they were doing inside maybe they were taking a rest after each order and not in a mood to serve I literally hate taco bell after this. and never go back again. every car move after 15 minutes. we were 4 cars behind the order window and spend 1.5 hours there.
We’ve been going to this location for years but I’m done with them for a while. Their prices keep going up, it takes forever to get the food and their food is inconsistently made.During our most recent visit, we rotted in the drive thru, only to be told two of our items in our mobile order were no longer available and they wouldn’t replace them with items of similar price and argued with us about our substitutions. Once we got the food home, we realized $10 worth of items were missing and the items we did receive were sloppily made and just thrown in the wrappers.UPDATE: after two complaints about our most recent visit, I received a generic apology card with two $5 off coupons from corporate. I never heard a single thing from the store about our terrible experience.
Getting reaaaaallll tired of paying for Chipotle sauce and NEVER getting it on my pintos and cheese, pregnancy cravings suck to begin with. But when you REALLY want Chipotle sauce on your pintos and cheese, get home and end up throwing them away. Thanks taco bell >:|
Worst customer service ever!! They have no employees to work the registers....I WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER RING UP CUSTOMERS...and you have to use the kiosk machine they said,, due to covid however its so dirty they have no have sanitizer wipes, but if you pay cash they will open the register to take your dirty money!!! OH AND THEY MAKE YOU SERVE YOUR OWN POP BUT CANT RING UP YOUR ORDER!!! FUNNY IM NOT EVEN ON PAYROLL!!! GONE ARE THE DAYS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I’m not sure how this place is still in business. I ordered 3 things had to repeat it three times because the worker was so focused on another conversation that she forgot her mic was on. I ordered 3 items and waited 20 minutes. For 3 items. I thought it was called fast food for a reason.
I haven't had a good experience with this taco bell in over 4 years. As I type this, I'm in he drive thru and I haven't moved position now in over 15 minutes. What kind of disaster happens in this location every single day to cause such a disaster? On top of that, the food is always so small compared to every other taco bell.
