Cass helped me today at the Subway. She was really sweet and very patient. Being a vegetarian I get paranoid about whether the gloves being used are new or not but she changed into new gloves without me asking. She told me about all the new/ revised options introduced at Subway like the smashed avocado, pickles instead of cucumbers etc. Overall, delicious meal and great service!
They are over priced at this location. I worked here and they do not care about their employees. They care about their stores being open. They don't care that they are understaffed and do not try to take care of issues within the company. They don't care about the customers as long as you're willing to wait, they'll have you waiting for over 20 minuets for an expensive sandwich. Go down the road a few miles and you can get it cheaper. I highly suggest not giving this company money. They need to be shut down or fully staff a place.
This subway is the worst one I’ve ever seen. I am a former employee. They do not care about the little staff they have. They want to work everyone to death and make the customers wait so long for food. It was taking as little as 20 mins to get someone their food because of how understaffed we were. This owner doesn’t care about its customers or people to have this done to everyone. The food is way overpriced for the amount and overall not a good place at all
I ordered a 6ft party sub and everything was great. I went back a few weeks ago and ordered 3 normal subs, all were good and fresh.
Terrible sub! I don’t even know where to begin, uncooked bread that was supposed to be toasted but was extremely mushy, missing condiments, and long wait when I was the only one there. I will never go back to this location! This was the worst subway experience I have ever had!
10 minute wait in the drive-thru before I was greeted and another 15 minutes before I got my food, which was not my sandwich I ordered.
So happy to have this location open up. Love the drive thru option!

Understaffed, 45 minute wait, for the wrong sandwich, out of most ingredients, rude staff, absent owner. Complete and utter failure of a Subway. I've been there 3 times since they opened and each time the customer service, wait times, and quality got worse. Subway corporate needs to close this place down or take it over. It is a total failure.
