Going to the new Subway on John R & maple...New owners at the Big Beaver location and they don't accept any coupons,who does that nowadays!!!
Does not accept coupons due to food cost being up, told him I didn’t want the sandwiches and he insisted I take them and not allowed to walk out with out it. contacted corporate, worse customer service, recommend going to another subway store.
Clean place friendly employees what else could you asked more.
I liked the worker and she was nice. It was nice and amazing service.
Just confused that if it says you close at 9:00pm and it's 8:49 and open sign if off and lights are turned off. I seen they are rushing to put everything away. I understand sometimes u just want to get out of work but if the business closes at 9 then u don't turn off lights and turn the open sign off until 9. Not good business if u ask me!!!!
I ordered footlong Egg and Cheese sandwich. They didn't had any egg outside on the counter and they didn't even bothered to tell me. There was an older man who was making the sandwich. I asked him where is the egg?. I asked bcoz I didn't see it. He pretended as if he didn't hear me. Later I saw him putting something in the microwave so I assumed that he didn't have it outside so he brought the frozen one from inside. He didn't even asked me if I wanted white or yellow egg. I always take the yellow one. Without asking me he put white tiny round eggs like pancake and put it on the bread. It looked horrible but I don't know what happened to me that I didn't stopped him. There were few customers around and I didn't wanted to be rude so I purchased it. It is horrible. Never going back again to this store on 16 mile and Dequindre. The sandwich tasted very bad and eggs tasted like uncooked
