So So So incredibly let down by this corporation. Great employees, as PEOPLE but am finished with Starbucks.
Small location and small parking lot, with 8 small tables and 1 slightly bigger table. Plenty of plugs on the seats. No outside seated area. Plays really good music inside. Would come back!
I was in line for 10 or 11 min...prior to getting to the screen to order ... ridiculous that it takes that long just to order.. once you order there is a 3 car area in front up to the window as well. I had to leave and go over a small curb to get out of line in order to not be late for work. I had an extra 15 min and thought that would be enough time to grab a coffee...not at this location...sad! 16/Dequindre is the best and most efficient on time.
came here looking to get the pink drink but i asked them how the dragon drink compares, and this really sweet worker made me a free tall dragon drink to try because i told them i was really picky, and was afraid i wouldn't like it c': but i'd say it's super yummy in comparison! definitely appreciate the kindness + generosity ~<3
Charles made my entire day! They made me an astounding custom drink when I was unsure of what to order and it is now the highlight of my day. Thank you so much Charles! You know how to make amazing creations, you are defiantly an artistic soul and I hope you continue to have opportunities to show your ingenuity.
Placed an order with the app. Went to the store to pick up and there was a handwritten note on the door that said, “the door is broken, use the drive thru”. Drive thru line wrapped around the entire building. Couldn’t wait in line because I only had 15 minutes until my next appt. Tried calling the store but it seems they left the phone off the hook so no one could call. Will never go to this location again.
The only negative comment from me is "when it is busy, the parking lot is FULL" thankfully, they have a drive-thru.I received excellent customer service this morning.
Closes at 12 really? That kinda says hey we don't want customers cause we are lazy and don't wanna work. Sad thing is I start work before these kids do and I usually don't get off before 5pm congratulations I wouldn't recommend a coffee place that closes at 12 to anyone
12? Seriously a Starbucks that closes at 12 are people supposed to get there lunchtime coffees? You guys will not be in business for long. They were fully staffed three to four people in there cleaning up the machines to go home. In the meantime a bunch of cars pulled up to get coffee what is find out that is closed
the people who work here are wonderful amazing people ❤️ thank you for working during such an awful labor shortage, it means so much to all of us:)amazing service, baristas are so kind. best starbucks in the area.
