Was ordering my normal drink: Venti iced white mocha with sweet cream foam and add Carmel drizzle. At first they charged me $6.25 then another worker came up and whispered in the cashiers ear and she deleted my drink and added a “TikTok” drink to it charging me $8.50. I asked her what it was for and she proceeded to not answer after I told her the drink isn’t from TikTok it’s my normal drink I ordered and was told how to order it from a Waterford employee. Wouldn’t take it off and charged me $8.50 for my normal drink: 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE BECAUSE THEY CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE. ALSO I DONT HAVE TIKTOK. The person who made my drink was fabulous but sorry the other think this is a TikTok drink lol.

Starbucks inside Macy's at the Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan is faster wait time than going to the other 2 inside the mall.
It seems like they get attitudes When you order drinks and modify them , I work here at macys and I don’t feel the customer service at all. That’s why I go to the Starbucks downstairs usually.

okay listen, i like starbucks, but the staff here deserves some credit because this starbucks has the smallest most terrible parking lot in the world and almost every time i'm in here someone is complaining probably because of the terrible parking lot (which truly is a metaphor for how god awful big beaver road in general is why would the urban planners DO THAT TO US) and somehow these people are always in such a good mood and they work so quickly!! be nice to baristas you cowards!!
