I have been mobile ordering from this store every morning for months now and at first they were great actually looked that what they were making and didn’t just throw a bunch of stuff in a cup. I wish that I could say they are still great but the people who work there just don’t care anymore they don’t look at the tickets that they are making they forget something in my coffee every single day and I always have to get it remade (which to them means dumping out half of the drink and then just adding more stuff) I’m usually not one to complain but when you’re spending $7 on a coffee every morning it should be made right. I don’t know who is in charge there but they need to get their people together and either offer them more training or more supervision because they are not making these drinks right.
The staff are amazing and know me and what I want as I pull up to order!!!!
Baristas here are really good! I’ve had the same caramel frap made wayyy worse at different locations but this was the best.
If you don’t know how to make a drink, just tell me. Don’t take my money and give me whatever comes to mind. Ordered a medicine ball (honey citrus mint tea) Literally just threw in two tea bags and hot water ?
Visited this Starbucks today and just have to say that I got the best customer service today from Tim!! His patience and positive energy made my day!!
Absolutely amazingly wonderful! Everything was perfect and delicious!In addition to the wonderful and tasty product, when we walked in we were overjoyed to see FACES on the delightful baristas!! SOOOO glad to see their smiling faces again after TWO YEARS (ridiculous)!!! It was always so hard to communicate with those coverings over their faces.Also, there is no longer a plexiglass BARRIER (further preventing us from communicating) between us and the delightful baristas!!!We asked when this happened and they said TODAY! We couldn't help it, we had a little party right there at the register!! Praise God!!THANK YOU STARBUCKS for SETTING THE CAPTIVES FREE!!!!!!
Very courteous people work here. Same good experience for me everytime I visit this location to pick up food or coffee

Most inconvenient Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while workers walked past me until one finally told me they don’t have any registers open I can go through the drive through or order through the app. Seemed very disorganized & I would highly recommend going to a different Starbucks in the area.
As good as it can be, only 4/5 cause they have me my beverage iced rather than frapped ???♂️??. I appreciate that they would ask if I wanted/needed straw and receipt, which I didn't: yay one less straw used for free minutes and then tossed to the garbage!!! ?
