I work in the mall so I frequent this Starbucks, or attempt too at least. I also worked at Starbucks for a few years so I know how things go. However, this location has way too many problems. I know how easy it is to update the mobile app for products in stock, yet I’m constantly told they don’t have what I ordered and they give me a recovery card that doesn’t even equal the amount I paid. The card is only 4 dollars and I pay about twice that for what I order. No compensation is made. This has happened 4 times now. It takes 2 minutes to keep your app updated.
I was at this location yesterday and they have only two people working , so the service was slow , but they need to train those two people about cleanness . One employee was scratching her head continuously and handling food simultaneously , while the other wiped the counters with a rag and then proceeded to prepare coffees etc without washing his hands. There are some basic about handling food that they were not in place here.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The worst service I have ever had gotten in a while. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks but there are some other great coffee shops in somerset!
You have one amazing team in here today doing their absolute best trying to stay afloat. There is roughly 40 people in the store and several mobile orders and they are still maintaining a positive attitude. Kiddos to you guys, keep up the good work, you deserve to be recognized
Thank you to the barista who remade my drink today , after someone else breathed on it and sniffed it ( gross ) to decide if it was hers (wasn’t her name on it !) thank you !
Like is always wrapped around. Be prepared to wait half an hour for your drink.
I was there this morning. The cashier was very rude. He was bothered by the fact that I asked a question about a croissant THEY ARE SELLING. He answered to me like I asked a stupid question. If you don’t want to talk to people just do a different job. The other staff was nice.
I waited in line at this location for about 12 minutes only for them to tell me, after I reach the front of the line, but they were not making any Frappuccinos today.The reason? They take too long to make. No signs anywhere indicating this. Very disappointed.
Great service and coffee as usual.
It took me 17 minutes to get a coffee today and when I got it, it was made incorrectly. I asked for a refund and they only would remake it for me, not refund me. Worst Starbucks in town!
