This Shake Shack is nice-looking and the service was good. The milkshakes are delicious, especially with the malted flavor, but crazy sugary. Definitely split it with at least one person.
didn't know what to expect my first time, but after my first time here I would argue it might be the best and my most favorite burger I've ever tried. the shake was really good also, and the fries were decent cant really go wrong with any menu item here.
I came here on a referral and they didn’t disappoint! I ordered a western bbq burger, fries and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. My friend and I shared the burger and fries and the portion sizes were good enough that we both felt full after eating. Now that milkshake is another story….I fully intended on sharing but after my first sip we (I) decided that she needed her own! It was a small piece of heaven in a plastic cup! If you’re in Dearborn or not stop by and give Burger Shack a try!
Disgusting. I first went to SS in NYC when it was something special. Franchising has ruined this brand. Food was gross, restaurant dirty, overpriced. Burned burger so hard it cut my lip. Wilted lettuce. Cold fries, order wrong.
They cancel the delivery but still charge for the order. Instructions are to call the restaurant, but then no one answers.
I'm a fan! I've driven by this location for about a year, but I never stopped to try out the food. As it turns out, I've been missing out on some of the better burger fare in this area! Feeding a family of six puts a premium on the money we spend on food, especially eating out. This is money well spent. Flavorful burgers, hot fries, and several float options ? I'm looking forward to discovering more of their menu.
Food was not very good, overpriced for what you got. You shouldn't have to pay $90 for 4 burgers, a 6-piece nugget, 3 fries, and 4 shakes. Speed was like we were at a sit-down restaurant. Go to Red Robin; it's quicker, cheaper, and tastes a lot better.
We really enjoyed the gluten free buns on the burgers and that the staff asked if it was an allergy. We were disappointed to not be able to eat the fries (not gluten free) and that the service was slow and our drinks arrived far after our food.
I love shake shack so much its so much better than in n out. I am from Cali and I'm in love...... I love the og and shroom and vanilla shake.!!! Yummmmm please open more restaurants!!
Great staff, quick turnaround and very clean building. The atmosphere is great and it's a great location to stop in and take in the scenery of the road or the interior of the building.Food is always fresh and great.
