My experience was not going well at first... However, when I made polite requests Mason and the rest of the staff made every effort to improve my experience including giving me extra food and condiments (more than what I asked for). It was clear that the team wanted to make my experience better. Mason was kind and responsive. A+ for customer service. Once they made corrections, the food was fantastic. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Will be returning to Savvy Sliders for the awesome sweet potato fries (perfectly cooked) and those famous chicken fingers!
Mark and Shelby were phenomenal throughout the ordering process. We ordered sliders, tenders, and fries for 90 people and they NAILED IT! Everything was correct, nothing was missing. It was all hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend Savvy for your next catering experience. I couldn't say enough positive things.
Poor service at Chesterfield location last night. Waited way too long (they forgot my order??). No apology. Overpriced. Was better when first opened.
The sliders are big. I only got the simple sliders. I would request more extra toppings on it, kinda dry, but otherwise not too bad. Maybe better luck with the chicken sliders
Great food and service at the 23 and Hayes location I highly recommend and be sure to try the savvy sauce!
I finally decided to go ahead and give this new burger joint a try.I'm glad I did.....this place is amazing; believe it or not!It's definitely a fresh and tasteful upgrade from the same quick burger fries meals. I would consider their food and pricing a bit more gourmet from what most may expect before diving in.Very well prepared sliders in a large variety of different styles they have available. Oh yeah......don't forget the fries.......they are delicious as well.
I’m super impressed with Savvy Sliders on Fenton and Hill Rd. While yes they gave me the wrong order through the drive thru, (who hasn’t had this happen in fast food), when I called they were over the top with apologizes. The manager himself hand delivered my correct order to me at my house!!! They gave me a very generous portion of chicken and offered me many other complementarily choices to make up for the mistake. Who needs cake when you’re willing to bring me my food? Everyone I came into contact with at Savvy Sliders was kind and cheerful. Thank you!
My sweet potato fries were undercooked and not warm. My fish was overcooked. The entire meal was not good!!! Went on 2/11/22.
I ate here for the first time from a recommendation and the food was amazing! I had a couple chicken strips and they were legit the best chicken I've ever tasted outside of home, So tender the strip fell apart when I was trying to pick it up. The sliders are a bit different than I'm used to but they were great as well. It is a bit pricey though, that's about the only complaint I have for Savvys.
I actually really liked the food. (My chicken tenders went right but it’s Christmas Eve and I didn’t feel like hassling them )Everyone working on Christmas Eve has positive attitudes, smiling and made me feel very welcome. It is my first time in the establishment and I loved how clean it was.I was trying to order but since it was my first time I know I was a little confusing and they didn’t show any frustration and explained what was offered. I will definitely be returning !
