The nastiest food I’ve ever ate. No taste at all super blend and gross. They charge for EVERYTHING literally. $4.50 for a small cup of queso that wasn’t even good, then they charge for the salsa almost $4.00 as well. I thought those came with the meal . I spent $35.00 for a burrito and 3 tacos. RIDICULOUS! The staff were just chilling looking they didn’t greet us in they stood behind the counter so nonchalant. I will never go back here again seriously. 0 stars, wouldn’t recommend! If you like real Mexican food this isn’t it you are better off going to chipotle!
It was our first time ordering from Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill. We did a pickup order. We ordered the deluxe family dinner. It feed for adults. Plenty to go around with leftovers. We absolutely loved the chips. They were light and seasoned perfect. We will definitely be ordering again soon!
Ordered via Uber Eats, got here quickly and what we got was tasty. Unfortunately, what we got was not what we ordered - my chicken taco turned into a shrimp taco, I didn't get my drink (part of the combo upgrade), and we were missing two sides (black beans and Mexican rice). OK, shrimp instead of chicken, nbd, it tasted good. But paying for items we didn't get? That's upsetting ?

We walked in and the aroma was sensational! We were already hungry but the delicious smell heightened our hunger sharply.We walked up to the counter to get a closer look at the food, and it looked very good.The place seemed clean, and was alright in a fast food sort of way.So you might wonder why the one star review. Actually I only gave this place one star because there is not a no star option.The customer service was non-existent. We stood AT THE COUNTER watching the workers work (there were two of them) and neither of them ever even acknowledged that we were there. We felt invisible.I agree with Jacqueline's review. Don't bother going to this place unless you crave rejection. If they want to stay in business it's going to take a complete overhaul of their training program. Someone needs to train the employees to be courteous and polite, and management needs to be trained in hiring the right kind of people. Then maybe the dining experience will be as nice as the wonderful smell when you walk in.
I was there yesterday to pick up a door dash order, the order wasn't ready for pick up so I chose to purchase my daughter lunch as well. I specifically said a kids steak quesadilla when I was ordering, I went to pay and the guy charged me for a regular one, the guy who took my order said that it was okay to change it to kid. (I'm assuming he was a manager) well, he gave me the cup for the kids meal.. I got home after delivering the doordash excited to give my daughter a special lunch with a snack and dessert and realized they did not include the chips or the dessert that their menu clearly states is included. I am very disappointed.Update: you can see below that there was a response saying they were sorry they missed the mark but I still paid for a whole meal and received half of it. I feel like they should have offered to handle the matter and make sure that the missing items that I paid for were given.
I was so excited to go to this location because I just moved close by. I had an awful customer experience this past Sunday. Yelling at one another to do tasks in front of customers, not running efficiently or caring at all how the food was being prepared. We threw ours in the garbage. I love Salsaritas and I will continue going to the one in Clinton Twp, but please do not go to this location. Awful attitudes and customer service.
This is a fast Mexican food restaurant very much in the vein of Chipotle and Qdoba. I find it to be FAR better than Qdoba, and much different than Chipotle. The chicken here has much better flavor than the bland chicken over at Qdoba, everything is fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Service is always friendly and efficient.
The food is decent. The staff, on the other hand, not so much.
They are very quick and they always make my food correct. Very good overall!
