JENNA was our server AND SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE JUST AMAZING! She was well informed on the menu, and made suggestions according to what we said we liked. The food was SUPERB! The filet was like butter, the lobster was succulent and the lobster Mac n cheese was delicious!!! For dessert, the Cremè brí»lée DID NOT disappoint and the cheese cake was wonderful! Lastly, the bread pudding…I hate that I didn’t get an extra piece! Ruth Chris was AMAZING! We WILL be back!!!!

My 56th birthday is what we celebrated. This was a good gathering for me, my stepmother, my auntie and my sister/cousin. I love and thank these beautiful ladies for sharing this amazing dining experience with me.

The service was very good. The food was “diner food” which is poor for the price. Further, when we informed the manager, he made it clear that he did not care!

The service was excellent. We were seated on time and the food was excellent. Both the hostess and the service wished us a happy anniversary

Food is fabulous. Server Karen was perfect. Professional and excellent care of us for my husbands Birthday. Fun to be with too. Best steak ever!!

I've visited Ruth's Chris before in St. Louis, MO and I really enjoyed the good there. Unfortunately, this one didn't come close to how good the food was in St. Louis. I ordered a medium well steak and it came out burnt and salty. Everything was a let down especially with how expensive their menu items are. I don't think I'll frequent this branch again. The good was not worth the value.

Perfect in every way! Great management from time we walked in the door Congratulations!!!!

Attended for my wife's birthday. Food was good as usual but service was subpar. Manager was non existent until he tossed the bill on the table without a word. Server never asked us if we needed anything after my first drink. Just not what were use to at Ruth Chris. We have been to many in other states and Ann Arbor all an excellent experience, but this one in Troy falls to the bottom of the list and we won't be returning.

Normally our favorite but the food has not been as good lately.

I booked this for my 17th wedding anniversary. I specifically requested a romantic spot: however I was given the contrary. It was at a table with four chairs. We couldn’t even sit closely. We were in the middle of the dining room and could barely hear each other speak. Not romantic at all. The drinks were not reminiscent of the great drinks we had the time before. My chicken, although steaming hot, appeared over cooked with burnt skin. Unfortunately, I was disappointed about my visit and with a hefty price tag that did not match my experience, I most likely will not be back for a very long time. With so many steakhouses along Big Beaver to choose from, I do not plan to come back. I would only be setting myself up for disappointment.
